Fast strength quality should have the important physical quaiiiy of badminton athletes, it is mastering technology, and improving the sports to achievement foumdation. In badminron spor major technologies are in general strength athleres involved in the case of swing is completed, so every bat speed is very fast. These techniques can be in upper limb motion segment by athletes in action before hitting on the elements to be adjusted to completed, this need has good rapid upper limb strength quality.In the paper, it adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics method, the badminton athlete upper limb fast strength training was conducted by means of optimization research. Through the questionnaire survey and the fuzzy mathematics method, screening and combination of expert opinion on badminton players m the upper limb fast strength training more effective training means. At the same time selection of Xi’an Physical Education University badminton team 16 boys were experimental, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group by screening the fast speed strength training methods; the control group used the traditional fast strength training method. By three months of training, the experimental group and the control group of subjects before and after the training of physical quality index and kinematic variables were analyzed, in order to verify the screening of upper limb fast strength training method is superior to the traditional training method. The conclusions are as follows:1 After this study screed, the badminton athlete upper limb fast strength training selection methods, including use dumbbell to swing, holding a dumbbell exercises wrist action, Chin-ups (positive grip), walk upside down, Barbell bench press with fast (narrow grip), continuous fast quite, push-ups clapping, rapid dumbbell wrist flexion, continuous inclined push barbell.2 After training and testing, the conclusion:training before and after the experimental group and the control group of subjects of upper limb strength was improved to different degrees; after training the experimental group and the control group between wrist of the instantaneous speed and the maximum ball velocity significant differences;the optimal training by means of the experimental group is better than that of the test results of the using of the traditional means of training control group.3 In bandmi(?) teaching of the sports college. should be appropriate to the fast strength training in training in teaching. to avoid a single technical training,to achieve technical and quality training are reasonably cornbined, thereby faster better improve students level of badminton. In the badminton athletes special fast strength training, due to a variety of fast strength training method has better training effect, the training must pay attention to the change of individual training strategy, improve the training interest, arouse the enthesiasm of the athletes and the initiative, to ensure the quality of training. And with exercise training standards continue to improve,continue to adjust the training program,to make it more reasonable and effective. |
