Competitive aerobics is a sports event in which athletes perform continuous, complex and high-intensity complete sets of actions within a specified time under the accompaniment of music. It requires athletes to show the strength and beauty of aerobics athletes through complete sets of actions based on flexibility and coordination, focusing on strength.Strength quality is an important basis to ensure that competitive aerobics athletes exert their strength and complete the complete set of actions. The rapid strength quality of lower limbs determines whether competitive aerobics athletes can achieve good performance in the competition. Therefore, having a good strength foundation and the ability to do work quickly is a necessary condition for technical aerobics athletes. As a training method that can significantly improve muscle strength, enhanced training has been proved to have a positive effect on improving athletes’ fast strength in many studies, and can effectively improve the quality of lower limb fast strength.Based on the analysis of the special characteristics of competitive aerobics, this study developed an enhanced training plan suitable for the special characteristics of competitive aerobics, and explored the impact of enhanced training and traditional resistance strength training on the fast strength of lower limbs of competitive aerobics students. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire,Delphi, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on,with the experimental method as the key research method.Taking 20 boys in the 2021 competitive aerobics special class of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the experimental subjects,2 of them were randomly divided into the same number of experimental group(N=10)and control group(N=10).The experimental group mainly carried out intensive training, and its main training methods included continuous jumping, small hurdle turn jump, continuous box jump, deep jump, rope ladder open and close jump, single and double leg jump, etc. The training load was controlled at the total number of times that a single and two feet touched the ground in a week not more than 120;The control group mainly carried out traditional resistance strength training, and the training load was controlled at 60%-100% 1RM.The training duration is 8 weeks,3times a week,40 minutes each time. Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group will use the method of literature, expert interview and Delphi to select the test indicators that reflect the fast strength of the lower limbs of competitive aerobics students(standing long jump, one step vertical jump touch high,60 m fast run,15 s bend split leg jump,15 s ball jump)for testing. After the experiment, the test data will be collected and sorted, and then independent sample T test will be conducted through statistics. The results showed that after 8weeks of intensive training, there were significant differences in the scores of the lower limb fast strength test indicators in the experimental group(P<0.05).After 8weeks of traditional strength resistance training, the test results of the control group in standing long jump, one step vertical jump touch high, and 15 s bend split jump showed significant differences(P.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)After 8 weeks of intensive training, compared with the data before and after the experiment,it can be found that the test results of the experimental group indicators have significantly improved, with significant differences in each test index, and the rapid strength of lower limbs of competitive aerobics students has been significantly improved.(2)After 8 weeks of traditional resistance strength training, comparing the data before and after the experiment,it can be found that the index test results of the control group have different degrees of increase, among which the standing long jump, one step vertical jump touch high, and 15-second bending split leg jump have significant differences.(3)After 8 weeks of intervention, the indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed, and the growth range of the indexes of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, which showed that the enhanced training had more advantages in improving the fast strength of the lower limbs of competitive aerobics students compared with the traditional resistance strength training.(4)After different intervention training, the experimental group and the control group analyzed the relevant experimental data, which showed that the intervention means of competitive aerobics students in lower limb fast strength training were effective, the choice of movement and load control were reasonable, and the test indicators of lower limb fast strength selected by the enhanced training were representative,It shows that enhanced training has a good intervention effect on improving the fast strength of lower limbs of competitive aerobics students.
