In this age of science and technology,educational diversification has become an inevitable trend of educational development.Moocs,micro-courses and other "Internet+education" are increasingly popular,and they have realized the diversified development of education methods with the help of current scientific and technological means.Only by keeping pace with The Times and innovating constantly can education keep pace with The Times.The purpose of this study is to use the video function of smart phone combined with traditional teaching methods,to find an effective means to promote the teaching of tennis overhand serve,and to verify it in the experiment.Mobile video intervention service refers to the use of mobile phone video function in teaching to play short videos to students before class.Students record videos with each other while practicing,and then watch them to form feedback.Make the student with the video way,strengthens to the technical movement understanding,the rich teaching method,stimulates the study enthusiasm,with the vivid picture,causes the student to understand the technical movement intuitively,enhances the study interest,enhances the study efficiency.This paper adopts the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,teaching experiments and mathematical analysis,comparative analysis,expert interviews and other methods,Central China Normal University sports training level 2018 tennis elective class of 24 students as experimental object the experimental group and control group each 12 people,sex ratio,and body form two groups of students do not exist significant differences.After 16 hours of teaching intervention,the two groups of students were compared in terms of physical quality,classroom learning effect,theoretical knowledge mastery,technical movement score,service success rate,first landing point and second landing point.To judge the effect of mobile video intervention service.The final conclusion:(1)The overhand in university tennis elective class teaching the use of mobile phones in the video the overhand intervention is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of students,promote the students' attention in class,helps to enhance the affection between students and teachers,students and students,promote the communication between students and teacher,student and student exchanges,is more excellent students'performance in class.(2)The use of mobile phone video in the teaching of overhand serve in college tennis elective classes is conducive to promoting the improvement of students' abilities in all aspects.It is beneficial to improve students' ability to find,analyze and solve problems.It is beneficial to enhance the teamwork spirit among students.At the same time,it is also beneficial to promote students' self-learning ability and the ability to guide others.(3)Using mobile phone video to intervene serve in the teaching of overhand serve in college tennis elective classes is conducive to improving students' satisfaction with the class,enhancing their understanding of the learning content and recognizing teachers'education and teaching.(4)It is better for students to master theoretical knowledge to use mobile phone video to intervene serve teaching in the overhand serve teaching of college tennis elective classes than to not intervene.(5)In the teaching of tennis serve,the use of mobile phone video intervention teaching makes students' technical movements more standard and more fluent.Students who use mobile video to intervene in teaching are better than those who do not.(6)After using mobile phone video to intervene in the teaching of overhand serve,students' serving success rate is higher than that of students without intervention.(7)After using mobile phone video to intervene the overhand serve,the students'ability to control the ball was better than that of the students without intervention,and the serving accuracy of the students after intervention was higher than that of the students without intervention.
