Teaching ability plays an important role in Teachers' professional development and students' training.However,many teachers complain that there are too many chores to deal with and there is no time to improve their teaching ability.Teaching engagement not only affects the training of students,but also involves all aspects of the country's new round of basic education reform.Therefore,the teach engagement of teachers has an extremely important research value.In this paper,the teach engagement of teachers as the research content,using narrative research methods,respectively selected three primary school Chinese teachers of different teaching ages.Through interviews,the stories of three teachers in teaching life are collected,and the time engagement,energy engagement and emotional engagement are taken as indicators to analyze their respective teaching engagement and influencing factors.On this basis,it summarizes the common characteristics,analyzes the common factors affecting teachers' teach engagement,and puts forward suggestions.Through the interview,we find that teaching engagement of Ms L is in a state from positive to negative and back to positive.The influencing factors include three aspects:autonomy,interpersonal relationship and school system.Ms C is at the beginning of a state of intentional investment but unable to invest.The influencing factors include personal education feelings,foster children,interpersonal relationship and school system.Teaching engagement of Ms Y is in a state of twists and turns,and its influencing factors include personal education idea,interpersonal relationship and system.Based on the analysis of the stories of the three teachers,this paper summarizes the common factors that affect the teach engagement:from the personal level,it includes three factors:personal lofty education feelings,education ideas and love for career;from the interpersonal level,it includes the relationship between teachers and students,parents and colleagues;from the family level,it includes two factors:family support and parenting;from the system level The level includes the training of normal education institutions,the management system of schools and the inspection system of higher authorities.The second,third and fourth parts are the interpretation of the story of three female Chinese teachers.The first is to collect the teaching life of the three teachers,sort them out and record them with stories.Secondly,it analyzes the teaching life of the three teachers and classifies them.Finally,it summarizes the three teachers' teaching input and influencing factors.Through analysis,the conclusion is summarized and practical suggestions are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,Teach engagement of female primary school Chinese teacher is affected by many factors such as initiative,interpersonal relationship,family situation and system.Secondly,the input of Chinese teachers in primary schools is a dynamic process.Thirdly,Teach engagement of female primary school Chinese teacher is influenced by their discipline,but it has little influence.Fourth,when their children are young,the teach engagement of female teachers is greatly affected.Research recommendations:firstly,timely regulation of emotion.Secondly,have enthusiasm for teaching at all times.Thirdly,set up lofty educational ideal.
