Classroom teaching activities are mainly conducted in the form of speech,which is the most important teaching behavior in the classroom,accounting for about 80%of all teaching behaviors,and is an important process and main way of classroom communication between teachers and students.What kind of words should new ideological and political teachers use in the classroom and how these words affect students?What kind of influence will students' words have on the whole class?These questions are what this paper wants to explore.Flanders interactive analysis system is a relatively mature tool recognized at home and abroad for the study of teachers' and students' classroom speech behavior.Through Flanders interactive analysis system,we can evaluate and measure the interaction between Ideological and political teachers'classroom teaching and students' learning more effectively,and put forward practical suggestions for the effective interaction between teachers' teaching and students' learning in senior high school?Taking the speech interaction between teachers and students as the theme,a class of excellent teachers and a class of new teachers are compiled with the observation scale of the speech interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political class of senior high school.The observation is recorded in detail,and the significant characteristics of the speech interaction between teachers and students in the class of excellent teachers are compared to explore,so as to inspire the new ideological and political teachers in senior high school how to better carry out the class Effective verbal interaction.This paper consists of four themes:the first part systematically combs the related literature of Flanders interactive analysis system and new high school ideological and political teachers,which has the corresponding theoretical basis.The second part takes the typical cases of excellent teachers and new teachers as examples to explore the actual state of interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political classroom of senior high school.It mainly focuses on the differences and differences between the classroom speech interaction state of the excellent ideological and political teachers and the classroom speech interaction state of the new ideological and political teachers.The third part uses the objective standpoint to analyze the question and the reason which the high school thought politics new teacher classroom speech interaction exists.The last part discusses the optimization suggestions for the classroom speech interaction of the new ideological and political teachers in senior high school,and provides new ideas for the follow-up teaching innovation of the new ideological and political teachers in senior high school.The research shows that:the new ideological and political teachers in senior high school do not control the rhythm of classroom speech properly,they are less able to respond to students' questions in time in the course of teaching,and ignore students' emotional attitude.At the same time,in the process of teaching meaningless,off topic and other invalid languages are mostly.According to the results of the study,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of the new teachers' professional level,teaching mentality and the use of classroom speech related skills.
