Research On Occupational Stability Of Social Workers Under Project Operation

In recent ten years.China has been committed to building a stable and high-quality social work talent team,which is not only a necessary measure to build a harmonious society,but also the only way to promote the professional process of social work in China.How to improve the occupational stability of social workers and ensure more social workers to engage in social work is the key to building a stable and high-quality social work talent team.This article mainly uses the hybrid methods for data collection,including quantitative research methods of data collection methods as questionnaire survey,the survey included 100 Y institutions of social workers in wuhan city,mainly analyzes the present situation of the social worker career stability,and mainly from the social worker turnover intention that on the one hand to examine social worker career stability.Then the influence of the characteristics of project system on the dimission intention of social workers was analyzed by SPSS correlation analysis.Qualitative research methods of data collection methods mainly include depth interviews and participatory observation,the main object of interviews include 15 Y institutions of social workers in wuhan city,mainly to understand the characteristics of the project scheme how to affect social worker turnover intention,thus further validation and explain the result of quantitative research,and on the two months of practice,the author research to perfect the related research results.Through the research,the author mainly draws the following conclusions:first,the occupational stability of social workers is poor,especially the occupational stability of front-line social workers is worse than the middle and senior management of social work institutions;Secondly,the characteristics of project system have a significant impact on the occupational stability of social workers;Thirdly,the impact of project system on the occupational stability of social workers is mainly carried out through intermediate variables(individual-organization-family three elements).Therefore,to improve the occupational stability of social workers,we not only need to start from the three levels of individual,organization and family,but also need to start from the system level,and the government and institutions need to form a joint force,to reduce the negative impact of project system design on the work and daily life of social workers.
