The junior high school stage is the key period for the formation of the Three Outlooks,and patriotism is a necessary character and ideological literacy developed in the youth stage.Morality and the Rule of Law,as a key course to implement the fundamental tasks of Lideshuren,grow up in junior high school.It plays an important guiding role in moral education and has unparalleled advantages in other disciplines.Using this advantage to carry out patriotic education in the teaching process will help inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,promote the healthy growth of junior high school students,Implement the core literacy of the discipline,and then achieve the educating goal of cultivating students' patriotism.The Ministry of Education stipulated that the ideological and moral textbooks for junior high schools have been renamed to "Morality and the Rule of Law" since 2016,and have been published and put into use in 2018.This set of textbooks implements the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party and advances with the times.The distinctive characteristics of the times,research on patriotic education and teaching will help to improve the teaching effectiveness of junior middle school morals and rule of law.In addition to the introduction,this article consists of four parts.In addition to the introduction,this article consists of four parts.The first part explains the patriotism education and its significance in the junior middle school moral and rule of law courses.First,clarify the basic concepts of patriotism education in patriotism,patriotism education,morality and rule of law in junior high schools,and then,discuss the development and changes of patriotism connotation,and then grasp the new era connotation of patriotism education,and do a good job for further in-depth research Foreshadowing the classification of text content.Finally,it discusses the significance of strengthening the patriotism education in the junior middle school morality and law.The second part summarizes the distribution of patriotic education content in the textbook of Morality and the Rule of Law.Through text analysis,the content of patriotism education in junior high school moral and rule of law class was defined.Based on this,the content of patriotism education in textbooks was classified in the form of a list and its distribution characteristics were summarized.It is mainly divided into two parts:one is the excavation of patriotic education content in the text system;the other is the excavation of patriotic education content in the textbook activity column.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of patriotism education in junior high school morals and rule of law.This part uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to reveal specific problems in the implementation of patriotism education in the ethics and rule of law curriculum in junior high schools and analyze the corresponding reasons.The fourth part is the research of patriotism education in ethics and rule of law in junior high school.Mainly aiming at a series of problems presented in the third part,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It discusses from the four aspects of teaching materials,teachers,educational carriers and management mechanisms,and lists some teaching cases in the article,hoping to provide a certain reference value in the patriotic education of moral and rule of law in junior high school.
