The Study Of Problems And Countermeasures In The Recessive Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges

The ideological and political education is one of the important works in the college, and with the development of the times, the mind of college students are more liberal and active, but the conventional dominant ideological and political education can not reach the target. The method system of ideological and political education need innovate, and the recessive ideological and political education as a method to educate students unconsciously and lively. Some Marxism and the attention in the education psychology are the basement to the thesis. It is a supplement to the dominant ideological and political education, and the recessive method make the ideological and political education more effective than before. But it appears many problems to be solved in the practice.The thesis begins with the recessive ideological and political education’s concepts and then analysis the problems appearing in the practice. In the last the thesis improves the effective countermeasure. In the first part, the author makes a comprehensive introduction from the concept, the history of this kind of education and the theoretical basis. In the second part, the author analysis the questions from three aspects:the educator & the educatee; the vector; the relations of the dominant ideological and political education and recessive ideological and political education. In the third part, the main contents improve the antidotes according to the questions. The antidotes include in setting up the correct recessive ideological and political education idea, making good use of the carrier, combining the dominant and recessive ideological and political education. Only solve the problems in the practice can the recessive ideological and political education improving the college students’moral cultivation and the physical healthy.
