Research On Schedule Management Of K Company's Electronic Class Card System Project

Project management originated in western countries,and it was mainly used in the field of construction engineering.Since 1980s,the theory of project management has been introduced into our country.And it has not only been used in civil engineering projects management,but also in software development projects.At present,there is a common problem named serious project delay in software development projects.Competition in software industry is very fierce.If the project is delayed due to the poor progress management,it will not only affect the reputation of the company,but also cause the loss of customers.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for many companies to do well in schedule management of software development projectsIn this paper,K company's electronic class card system project as an example,using the relevant theory and technology of project schedule management to carry out a case study of software project schedule management.In view of the problem of overdue research and development of prior class card project,an interview survey was conducted to the technical personnel of the enterprise,and the problems existing in the progress management of the project,such as unreasonable schedule planning,unreasonable activity sequencing,weak team awareness,member delay,unreasonable organizational structure and lack of effective supervision and control,were identified and analyzed.On this basis,combined with the relevant theories and methods of project management,this paper puts forward the schedule optimization scheme for the GZ class card system of K company,in order to make up for the deficiencies in the project schedule management,and carries out the verification and scheme effect analysis in the GZ class card system project.The project schedule management optimization scheme has been affirmed by the company's leaders and relevant technical personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of the GZ class card system project of K companyThe framework of this paper is as follows:firstly,the research significance,content and methods of this paper are introduced,so as to put forward the research questions of this paper;secondly,the related theories,methods and technologies of project schedule management involved in the research are described,and the related research of software project schedule management at home and abroad is combed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;on this basis,the current situation of SY electronic class card system project is analyzed to identify the reasons for project delay;then,based on the theoretical knowledge learned,the optimization scheme of ZG electronic class card system project is proposed for the problems existing in the progress management of prior electronic class card system project;finally,the implementation of the optimization scheme in the GZ electronic class card system project is introduced and the effect analysis is carried out.The case study results show that the progress management theory and technology effectively improve the progress management level of K company's software project,prove the universality of these theories and technologies,and provide some reference for other software project development management in the industry.
