With the continuous development of sports,the state and provincial and municipal governments have issued a number of policies and regulations for the rational use of sports venues,and the use of sports venues in Colleges and universities in central China has a certain influence and demonstration role in the country,so it is necessary for us to explore.By using the methods of documentation,investigation and mathematical statistics,after consulting some documents and on-the-spot investigation,this paper chooses the use and management of sports venues in Colleges and universities in central China as the research object,and takes some teachers and students,site managers and social workers of six colleges and universities in central China as the research object,and takes the external supply of sports venues in Colleges and universities in central China as the research object This paper discusses the conflict between supply and demand of university sports venues in central China and its influencing factors,puts forward coordination strategies for the conflict between supply and demand,aims at helping universities to use and plan venues more effectively,and provides scientific development suggestions for relevant departments in venue management.According to the survey,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Colleges and universities in central China actively respond to the call of the state and implement the external supply of sports venues,which plays an active role in the physical and mental development of teachers,students and social personnel.2.There are two forms of free and paid supply of university stadiums in central China,one is for outdoor venues,the other is for indoor venues with higher cost;the other is for afternoon and evening,and weekend breaks are the main period of day,and the service content of outdoor venues is relatively small,and venue leasing is the main mode.And hosting competitions.3.The operating funds of university sports venues in central China mainly come from school funds,supplemented by some units' self-financing and insufficient external supply funds;the operating mode of university sports venues is mainly free supply,and the operating mode of paid supply venues also exists partly;and the security of venues'external supply needs to be strengthened.4.The demand for the use of sports venues in Colleges and universities in central China has a better guarantee in the teaching of physical education courses and related activities.Only part of the demand for extra-curricular participation in sports can be guaranteed,and there is overlap between teachers,students and social personnel in the exercise time,events and venues.5.There are conflicts between in-school use and out-of-school occupancy,single resources and diverse needs,shortage and idleness of venues,expansion of sports services and inadequate resources,off-campus management and campus safety,social benefits and economic compensation in the use of university stadiums in central China.6.The factors influencing the conflict between supply and demand of university sports venues in central China include the basic facilities,external publicity,management,operating funds and the attitude of University leaders.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward:to strengthen the planning of the existing venue resources supply in Colleges and universities,activate the existing resources of sports venues and facilities,and minimize the conflicts caused by the lack of venues;to guide teachers and students to participate in fitness exercises with good sports effect and low requirements of venues,such as campus fitness running,cycling around the lake,and so on,so as to alleviate the pressure on schools to supply venues;For example,in the morning,noon or in the afternoon without teaching arrangements,free venues can be provided for teachers and students,and some operating venues can be encouraged to carry out public welfare services;when schools hold sports meetings or other sports activities,groups with the participation of social groups can be set up,which can not only enhance the public of sports venues in Colleges and universities.Benefits can also make them aware of the importance of protecting site facilities and strengthen links.
