Research On The Application Of Helping Skills In College Counselors' Heart-to-heart Talk

Heart-to-heart talk is one of the main ways of ideological and political education carried out by college counselors at present.It is responsible for helping students establish correct values,guiding students to develop good moral qualities,and assisting students to deal with various specific problems.It is not only the requirement of college counselors job duty,but also the embodiment of their working ability to carry out heart to heart talk scientifically and efficiently.Guided by the marxist theory this study integrated use of ideological and political education,psychology,sociology and other disciplines of the latest research results,from the analysis of the counselors in the concrete reality of everyday talk talk work situation,using the qualitative method,methods such as literature research.discusses the influence factors of college counselors talk talk process,working mechanism and problems should be paid attention to in practice,etc,in terms of the above analysis is proposed on the basis of the introduction of technology to help to improve the heart-to-heart talk process,in order to talk to talk work of instructors theoretical research and practical exploration to make a certain contribution.Specifically,this article applies the method of grounded theory in qualitative research.in the interview data of 11 college counselors are summarized after the abstract,would be a" by the instructor and student individual characteristics of background variables,by interactions(including counselors guide way,role positioning,energy)and management services(including school ethos and service support)constitute the interaction of internal and external environment.and the interaction between both sides willingness to talk to talk such as interaction of multiple factors in the process of heart-to-heart talk" constitute the working mechanism of the counselors talk talk "model.The study of the above model shows that the "interaction situation" is an important entry point to improve the effect of heart-to-heart talk.Action accordingly,this study will explore,insight,this pattern of three stages psychological counseling help others and help others technology is introduced into the counselor talk to talk work,explore both conforms to the practical experience of ideological and political education principle and counselors,and can meet the demand of college students' psychological characteristics and the interactions of the specific methods,eventually to form more effective counselors talk talk model of technology.
