Young teachers in colleges and universities are the backbone of college education,the trainers of future talents,and the researchers and transmitters of cutting-edge scientific theories and practices.Heart sound detection can be used as a universal screening method to evaluate the heart status of young college teachers,to assist young college teachers to recognize their own heart function,to remind young college teachers to pay more attention to their own work status and quality of life,and to protect the heart health of young college teachers.In this paper,the heart reserve of young college teachers was detected by sports heart monitor.The heart rate,D/S ratio,relative value of first heart sound amplitude(S1/S1')and other indicators were used for evaluation and analysis.This paper is composed of five parts: the introduction part,heart sound signal and heart reserve,heart sound experiment part,results and discussion,summary and outlook.The introduction part discusses the research background of this paper,the research status of heart reserve based on heart sounds,and briefly summarizes the heart signal and heart reserve.In the heart sound experiment,30 young teachers(26-44 years old,15 males and 15 females)in Chongqing university were selected to measure the instant phonocardiogram under quiet state,1/4 amount,1/2 amount,3/4 amount and the total amount of exercise,rest for 1 min,3 min and 5 min,respectively.Finally,the experimental results are discussed and summarized.The experimental results display that:(1)exercise exerts heart rate reserve,systolic reserve,diastolic reserve and cardiac reserve.With the increase of exercise amount,the blood supply time of the diastolic period is shortened and then the D/S ratio is decreased.The decreased D/S value is a symbol of the increased burden on the heart,and the faster the decline,the worse the heart function.(2)Only 40.0% of young teachers had healthy heart function(D/S?1.5),and the remaining 60.0% were in sub-health(1.3?D/S<1.5)or pathological state(1.0?D/S<1.3).66.7% of the young teachers were the state of insufficient cardiac reserve and endurance.(3)Heart reserve of male young teachers is better than that of female young teachers.In terms of heart rate,when resting for 5 minutes,80.0% of young male teachers' heart rate could be restored to the original level,and 73.3% of young female teachers' heart rate could be restored to the original level.In terms of heart blood supply,46.7% of young male teachers and 33.3% of young female teachers have the D/S?1.5.In terms of mental reserve,40% of young male teachers increased their mental reserve by more than 5 times,while only 33.3% for young female teachers.(4)College teachers with regular life,sufficient sleep and good exercise habits have better cardiac reserve.(5)The tendency of cardiac changes can reflect the ability of up-regulation of the heart and the ability of using cardiac reserve,which can effectively evaluate the function of the heart in the state of movement.The D/S ratio(diastolic duration/systolic duration ratio)is a reliable measure of cardiac function at rest.In the future,D/S ratio can play an important role in monitoring heart reserve of young teachers in universities and colleges.It is suggested that young teachers in colleges and universities keep regular work and rest,increase sleep time,and exercise reasonably to improve heart reserve.
