With the deepening of education reform, how to transform "students with learning difficulties" has become an important issue. This research takes the third grade mathematics "students with learning difficulties" as the research object, carries on the questionnaire survey to their learning difficulties, analyzes the reasons behind, and then puts forward the Transformation Countermeasures and carries on the teaching practice. On the basis of analyzing and drawing lessons from the study of "students with learning difficulties" at home and abroad, and on the theoretical basis of Piaget's constructivism and Rogers' humanism, three different types of "students with learning difficulties" in mathematics are understood, analyzed and transformed by means of investigation, observation and practice.Starting from the homework,we should guide the students with learning difficulties in their homework in written language and communicate with teachers and students. That is to say,we should gradually transform the students with learning difficulties by using the way of "written heart-to-heart homework".This paper puts forward five strategies for the transformation of "written heart-to-heart homework" into "learning-poor students",carries out case studies on three "learning-poor students",and summarizes the specific transformation process of "written heart-to-heart homework" for all "learning-poor students" and certain types of "learning-poor students".The research shows that: 1.The function of "written heart-to-heart work" on "students with learning difficulties" is to answer questions and solve puzzles, cultivate strategies, evaluate incentives, build confidence, consolidate knowledge and use it flexibly.2."Written heart-to-heart homework" provides a democratic and harmonious way for teachers and students to communicate, promotes teachers and students to reflect on teaching and learning together, and achieves mutual benefit in teaching.3."Written heart-to-heart homework" is a long-term process of transforming "students with learning difficulties" in mathematics. It needs continuous tracking, adjusting the rhythm and methods at any time.If the results are achieved at least in terms ofsemester,it is slightly lax and easy to repeat.4.Before and after the study, the progress of the three students with learning difficulties is obvious, which is inseparable from their family background and their own quality.5.Before and after the study,"students with learning difficulties" made the greatest progress in solving medium-difficulty and problem-solving problems.6.Because of the limited research samples and conclusions, how to design and practice "written heart-to-heart homework" for "students with learning disabilities" of other types or family backgrounds, and how effective it is,still need further study.
