Research On The Current Situation Of Resource Opening And Sharing And Optimization Countermeasures Of University Sports Venues In Rizhao City

Research objective:with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the people's demand for health is increasing,so improving the national fitness service system is the key to the development of China's sports undertakings.According to the regulations of shandong province on national fitness,the main contradiction in the development of national fitness is the gap between the insufficient fitness facilities and the needs of the people.Meanwhile,according to the data bulletin of the sixth national survey of sports venues in China and shandong province,in terms of the number of venues in colleges and universities,shandong province is 5.97 percentage points higher than China,and rizhao is 1.47 percentage points higher than shandong province,indicating that rizhao leads shandong province in the number of university sports venues.Therefore,it is particularly important to make up for the lack of fitness venues in rizhao by opening and sharing the stadium resources of colleges and universities.Methods:through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics to rizhao seven universities sports venue allocation of resources investigation and statistics,including seven universities sports venues usage,open mode,opening time,open mode,charging methods,the composition of management personnel,information sharing,and sharing mode in-depth research and system analysis,through research and analysis,solve the university sports venues resources open to the masses of the people share the problems that exist in the process.The research results:(1)the number of stadiums and gymnasiums in seven universities in rizhao city is relatively large and the sports facilities are relatively perfect,which can provide the possibility for the public to open and share sports resources.(2)the rizhao seven universities sports venues still on the stage of perfecting open sharing of resources,most colleges and universities part of the venues open to the social masses,mainly divided into the paid open two ways to open and free,but there are still some universities small venue not open to the social masses,there is still a Shared space.(3)among the stadiums and gymnasiums that have been opened to the outside world by seven universities in rizhao city,the opening forms are single and the opening hours are not reasonable enough.As a result,the opening hours of stadiums and gymnasiums are not matched with the time of mass exercise.(4)the stadium resource management of seven universities in rizhao lacks professional management talents and rules and regulations,and the management system is not detailed enough and the management personnel are not professional enough.(5)problems existing in the sharing of college sports resources in rizhao:safety problems,management problems,fund problems,opening hours and other problems.(6)in the process of resource sharing,seven universities in rizhao have problems such as weak consciousness of sharing by leaders of colleges and universities,low level of stadium resource sharing and single content of stadium resource sharing.Research Suggestions:(1)university leaders should first change their ideas,actively introduce market-oriented operation mechanism,choose their own management mode according to the university's measures,and improve the construction of corresponding rules and regulations.(2)in the process of opening and sharing,seven university stadiums and gymnasiums in rizhao city fully combine the Internet with the stadiums and gymnasiums to build the "Internet+sports" mode,and conduct necessary publicity for university stadiums and gymnasiums through the Internet.(3)seven universities in rizhao city shall introduce or cultivate sports stadium management professionals and establish professional stadium management and operation teams.(4)the seven universities in rizhao should reasonably arrange the opening hours of venue resources and set reasonable charging standards.(5)colleges and universities should strengthen campus safety management,strengthen safety awareness,establish safety protection mechanism,and prevent the occurrence of accidents.(6)jointly integrate the resources of university sports venues,establish rizhao university sports resources sharing alliance,and realize the positive interaction of stadium resources.
