Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Opening Of Sports Facilities In Colleges And Universities In

With the development of national fitness campaign, the people’s demand of stadiums and facilities grow more and more.But in real life, that social infrastructures can provide people with a fitness sports venues is under the shortage of resource, It already cannot satisfy the social public needs.With colleges and universities existing stadiums to host large-scale sports games,to perform sports project, to set up the sports training clubs, in order to let the college sports facilities open to the outside society, enterprises institutions, organizations, and let people get physical training places and let the University Stadium and gymnasium for the use of the national sports promotion, it has become a long term trend at present and in the future in our country.How to make full use of University’s existing stadiums and facilities, which does not affect the teaching and can maximize the service for the masses of the people.It is a worthy research, which needs to be solved urgently.This article uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, field survey method,expert interview method, statistic method and the logical analysis to make a comprehensive study of eight Chengdu universities sports facilities open to the external world situation.From the study and the research of openness development management of Chengdu University Stadium and gymnasium,this paper puts forward opinions and measures.The survey of eight universities in Chengdu stadium proves that the University Stadium and the gymnasium function have not only a single service to physical education,but also diversify into the service mode. The opening of college sports venues, the attention and the support of government departments, the universities of hard work and dedication,the cooperation and understanding of social masses, especially the self-transformation, reform, innovation and development in the hard and soft environment of the university itself are the common factors of college stadiums which are open to the outside world.From the opening of Chengdu college sports venues to see the overall situation, although the central and provincial governments have set up a series of requirements and policies and regulations to meet the need,until now they have not been fully implemented.Colleges and universities are still many venues, equipments are vacant, generally existing the different degrees of low gymnasium stabilization rate,backward management, unprofessional management.The author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems, including the opening time of the reasonable arrangement and venues, to correctly handle the relationship between the teaching and open channel; expanding opening-up, to improve the utilization of gymnasium in universities; training the introduction of high-quality management personnel, to achieve a scientific and specialized result in the opening process management; increase the input in the College Physical Education venues,innovate a suitable consumption environment; to strengthen the publicity, security, ideological education.Expect these specific recommendations practical scientific, reasonable, feasible, can open a new situation for the opening of college sports facilities in the working area of Chengdu in Sichuan to create a new performance. And also expect these measures can provide references for College Stadiums in other areas of our working.
