Research On The Restricting Factors And Countermeasures Of The Demonstrative High School Sports Stadium In Haidian District

With the development of economy and increasing of the people’s living standards, the public’s sense of sports and fitness strengthens gradually, especially after the success of the Beijing Olympic Games. The school sports stadium should be opened for the public as an important training place in the "Beijing City Fitness implementation plan" in 2011. But there are 1029 schools comply with the conditions of sports facilities for open, and only 653 schools real opened, which proportion is 61.7%. And in recent years, the number of the opened schools gradually decreased due to various reasons, especially in primary and secondary schools. Haidian District is a big education district of Beijing. The demonstration high school as one of the best plays an important role in the sports facility resources, geographical location, the role model. This paper wants to seek countermeasures to promote the opening of the school sports facilities better, which is based on the research of the current situation and influential factors of the demonstration high school’s opening. Then it also can be a reference for other domestic provinces and cities of opening school sports venues to work.This paper takes the current situation of the Haidian District demonstration high school’s sports stadium opening as the research object. It used the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods. Though the analysis on the opening situation of the Haidian District demonstration high school’s sports stadium, which draws the conclusions as follows:1. There are 212 stadiums in the Haidian District 10 demonstration high schools. And the basketball courts (gyms) quantity is the most, accounting for 35.8%of the total; The least number is the swimming natatorium, accounting for 1.4%; Beijing National Day School has the most number of stadiums and the most abundant types. High School Affiliated to BIT has the least number of stadiums, and Zhongguancun high school has the least abundant types. Ground track field、basketball court/gym and soccer field which be owned for every school of the Haidian District demonstration high schools. There are 90% schools with comprehensive indoor hall. There are only 60% schools opening for outside and all with part of stadiums for opening. The number of the opening stadiums just accounted for 13.7% of the total. The main opening stadiums are outdoor fields (ground track field, soccer field and basketball court), indoor halls (basketball hall, swimming natatorium). The outdoor fields are free for opening on holidays. Indoor halls are charge opening at the time outside of teaching and the object to be opened is restricted.2. There are 7 restricting factors which impact on the opening of the school sport stadium. Though the investigation and research on the 7 factors that are security issues, opening security, organization and management, financial matter, surrounding environment, opening consciousness and its own resources, we find the factors that are security issues, opening security, organization and management, which are the main factors restricting on the opening of the Haidian District demonstration high school.3. According to the main factors influencing the opening of school sport stadium, we put forward the countermeasures as follows: implementation of policy and enhancing security, optimized management and achieve sustainable development, achieve efficient opening according to the different situation of each school.
