The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of college students'learning and depression and anxiety levels,to explore the effect of decentralized meditation therapy on depression and anxiety levels of college students with learning difficulties,to reveal the mechanism of decentralized meditation therapy on depression and anxiety levels of college students with learning difficulties Dynamic models related to the early and late experience of NaiKan in college students with learning difficulties,to prove that NaiKan therapy improves the level of depression and anxiety of college students with learning difficulties in three aspects:cognition, emotion and behavior.Study 1 used the demographic information collection form(including information about learning difficulties),the Self-Assessment Scale for Depression(SDS)and the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS)to apply to 1,007 undergraduates in a college in Jiangsu Province Survey and investigate the current situation of college students' learning, depression and anxiety levels.Study 2 From Study 1,30 students with learning difficulties whose depression and anxiety levels were higher than the norm were selected.Among them,15 were used as the intervention group for decentralized NaiKan intervention, and the other 15 were used as the control group.Study 2 used in-depth interviews and personal physical analysis to collect the original data of the participants in the intervention group and transcribed them. After the intervention, the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating scale anxiety(SAS)were used Try to test.Adopt grounded theoretical coding ideas, use Nvivo11.0 to analyze and encode transcribed data, and construct a dynamic experience model for the early stage of NaiKan and a late experience of NaiKan in students with learning difficulties. At the same time, use SPSS20.0 to perform the test before and after the results of the scale Test comparison. The results of Study 1 showed that:(1)33.7%of the subjects had learning difficulties,44.8%of the subjects had higher levels of depression than the norm, and 23.1%of the subjects had higher levels of anxiety than the norm;(2)Depression and anxiety scores of college students with learning difficulties Significantly higher than non-learning students;(3)Depression level, anxiety level and academic credits of college students were significantly negatively correlated with academic performance points(p<.001),and anxiety levels of college students were significantly positively correlated with credits of suspended classes(p<.05),College students 'depression level and anxiety level are significantly positively correlated(p<.001);(4)college students' depression and anxiety level have a predictive effect on academic performance points. The results of Study 2 show that:(1)After decentralized NaiKan intervention, the level of depression and anxiety of college students with learning difficulties is significantly reduced, and the grade points of college students with learning difficulties are significantly improved;(2)The dynamic experience model of NaiKan in the early stage and the dynamic experience model of NaiKan in the late stage of learning are constructed, which effectively reveals the mechanism of decentralized NaiKan therapy in restructuring the cognitive and emotional behavior system of college students with learning difficulties.
