The study aims to analyze the effect of daily Naikan therapy on the Career Adaptability of college students, so as to reveal the mechanism of action of daily Naikan therapy on the college student’s Career Adaptability and construct a dynamic experiencing model of daily Naikan therapy for the college student’s Career Adaptability.Fifteen college students attended the intervention of daily Naikan therapy. “Career Adaptability scale” and “Perception Career Barriers Inventory” were used to evaluate the status of the experimental group before and after the intervention. In-depth interview and individual object analysis were used to collect the original data of the participant of daily Naikan therapy. The coding idea based on grounded theory was used in the data analysis in order to construct a pre-therapy model, under-therapy model, after therapy model and dynamic experience model for daily Naikan therapy of college students’ Career Adaptability.The results showed that:(1) The intervention study has achieved great success in improving the career adaptability among college students.(2) This intervention study has significant effect on the improvement of college students’ Perception of Career Barriers.(3) the students who perceived more career barriers, their career adaptability would develop worse. It is effective and feasible to decrease students’ Perception of Career Barriers and to improve the career adaptability of college students through distributed introspective therapy.
