With the carrying forward of the new curriculum reform,cultivating students' core attainments has become one of the teaching objectives.From the perspective of senior high school teaching,we regard the mechanics part as the main research problem and put forward the teaching opinions,and has carried on the teaching practice,got the better teaching effect.We rely on the guiding thoughts of cognitive development theory,teaching optimization theory and constructivism,firstly use the method of literature research to study the relevant periodicals and literature at home and abroad,studying and analyzing the theory of education and teaching.At the same time,the physics mechanics part of junior and senior high school is compared and studied,the curriculum standard is interpreted in detail,the differences are found out,students from two classes in grade one in senior high school are investigated about their studying conditions by questionnaire survey method,the survey results are summarized and analyzed,the physics teachers of grade one in senior high school are interviewed,the teaching methods of school and some ideas about teaching methods are understood.Some teaching suggestions are put forward based on these:Strengthen the teaching of basic concepts;carry out real situation teaching;make students correctly understand the relationship between physics and mathematics,strengthen students' mathematical calculating abilities;pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability.We taught the experimental class in a new way.In the textbook of "compulsory one",two classes of"Elasticity" and "Composition of Force" are selected for case analysis.By comparing the final results of the control class with that of the experimental class,the conclusion is that the experimental class with the new teaching method has achieved better teaching effect,and the students' physical thinking ability has been greatly improved,which lays a foundation for the cultivation of students' physical discipline attainment.In a word,we combine the teaching strategies with teaching practice,and help teachers and students effectively solve the problem of connecting physical mechanics in junior and senior high schools.I will continue to study more and more effective teaching strategies in the next teaching process.
