Research On The Training Of Football Instructors In Jinshui District Of Zhengzhou City

With the progress of science,new knowledge and technology emerge in endlessly.The renewal of knowledge has become a problem faced by modern education."One-time education" can not meet the needs of the development of the times.The lifelong popularization of education has become an important teaching concept of most national education reform.In 2015,the Ministry of education and the General Administration of sport of China formulated the implementation opinions on accelerating the development of youth campus football,pointing out that it is necessary to train teachers in various ways,formulate the training plan for campus football teachers,and improve the teaching practice ability and comprehensive professional quality of football teachers.In December 2016,the general office of Henan provincial government issued the notice of opinions on the implementation of promoting the reform and development of football,pointing out that the campus football teachers should be included in the implementation scope of the provincial training plan for primary and secondary school teachers and other training projects,so as to jointly cultivate the compound sports application talents with the focus on football.Since Jinshui District became the first batch of national youth campus football pilot counties,various campus football activities have been widely carried out in the whole district,especially for 16 national youth campus football characteristic schools in Jinshui District,focusing on teaching,strengthening teachers,and giving full play to the demonstration and leading role of campus football.Based on the literature,investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this study focuses on the training situation of football instructors in Jinshui District.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of football instructors in Jinshui District: origin,gender,age,education background,teaching age,professional title,sports experience and level,coach level and discretion This paper summarizes the characteristics of grading,and then investigates and studies the training status of football instructor in Jinshui District,including the organization management,training level,content,form,assessment standard,teachers,venues,equipment,funds,supervision mechanism and training effect,analyzes the training experience,future development direction and problems of the campus football instructor in Jinshui District,according to the conclusion of the study.Some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the training of school football teachers in Henan Province.Conclusion:(1)the school football instructors in Jinshui District are of high level in source,education background,professional title,teaching age,sports experience,sports level,coach level and referee level.The d-level coach level qualification is the minimum requirement for the entry of football teachers in Jinshui District.(2)The training of football instructors in Jinshui District is quite sufficient in terms of teachers,time,venue equipment and funds;the supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism are too simple;the formulation of training content is not complete;the training form is mainly short-term training,with clear requirements in training assessment;the preliminary investigation of training implementation is not in place;the overall situation of training in Jinshui District depends on each link There are different degrees of improvement.(3)From the perspective of training satisfaction,the participating teachers are satisfied with the arrangement of training as a whole.Through factor analysis of satisfaction,four common factors are summed up,which are(1)training organization effectiveness factor,(2)training content practical factor,(3)training teaching implementation factor,(4)training course practical factor.(4)The experience of football instructors in Jinshui District mainly comes from five aspects: training content,training quality management,training students' files,training methods and time and training feedback;the future development direction of football instructors in Jinshui District mainly tends to explore professional training mode,the combination of invite in and go out,and training management and assessment.
