On June 10, 2009, the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of education in Beijing jointly held the work conference on national youth football activities on campus, officially launched the national youth football activities on campus, and to develop the "national youth campus football activities, implementation of the program", I hope through the promotion of football on campus, enhance the football population in our country, to expand our football talent reserve force. As the most basic, the most direct participants and organizers of campus football, the football quality directly affects the development of campus football in our country. From the beginning of May 2015, Shanghai launched for the city’s primary and secondary school campus football instructor training, request to recommend a sports teacher, campus Football League schools each school recommendation 2 training for each primary and secondary schools(including secondary vocational schools) and hope through the centralized training, training a group of have certain theory knowledge of football, football technical ability, football activities of the organization and guidance, to campus football activity course of Campus Soccer Activities Instructor, in every primary and secondary school at least a campus football instructor.This paper in using the method of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods on the Shanghai Campus football instructor training of investigation and analysis, and with reference to "Kirkpatrick’s four level training evaluation model to formulate the scale effect of the training. The results show that:1. Shanghai Campus football instructor training trainees, male students oriented students, students age structure is reasonable, mainly in youth coach, title to intermediate based, football foundation uneven. Lecturer team age structure is reasonable, high level of education, but the lack of some professional lecturer slightly; training course schedule reflects the characteristics of "short,", but total hours did not reach the City Board of education training objectives and requirements; training content arrangement highlights the characteristics of "teacher training". But in practice, the relatively small proportion of curriculum, theory and practice of curriculum content is not closely linked.2. through training response assessment of trainees, trainees generally higher recognition of training, training instructors were satisfied with the work, theoretical courses and facilities, but also reflect the lack of training, contents of practical teaching satisfaction is not high, the lack of practice in the course of specialized teaching materials. Learning evaluation through training, trainees generally better learning, learning theory, curriculum is superior to practice course.3. Problems found on investigation and research, and puts forward some countermeasures, namely to strengthen the construction of teachers training lecturer team; Increase practical courses; "At the beginning of high, medium and" three level progressive curriculum system; Prepare the system of training materials; Form "concentration and dispersion" training model of combining; Relying on the market resources to carry out the training work.
