Study On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Basketball In Primary Schools In Jiaozuo City,Henan Province

The State attaches great importance to school physical education.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made an important deployment to school physical education in our country,and the State Council has also explicitly requested to strengthen the construction of school physical education.In 2016,the Ministry of Education,in order to improve the quality and level of basketball teaching and extracurricular activities in schools for young people,and promote the reform and development of school sports collective projects,the notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the pilot work of promoting basketball on campus was issued,hoping that through the selection of schools with basketball characteristics,the popularity of basketball on campus will be further promoted,and schools will be encouraged to further strengthen physical education and extra-curricular exercises.Named the "National Basketball City" in 2004,Jiaozuo has made outstanding achievements in mass basketball,school basketball,competitive basketball and reserve personnel training,but in the 4 consecutive years of youth campus basketball school features in the selection of not a school on the list.What is the current state of basketball in Jiaozuo Elementary School? How does it go? This question is worth every sports worker to ponder,is the Jiaozuo basketball cause sustainable development urgently needs to solve the problem,is also this research starting point and the foothold.Therefore,this article selects the basketball sport of the primary school in the urban area of Jiaozuo as the research object,and takes "the National School basketball characteristic school basic standard" as the reference,has interviewed the Jiaozuo related leader,the Physical Education Teacher 8 people,students and Physical Education Teachers from 15 primary schools in the city of Jiaozuo were investigated.By using the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper makes an investigation on the current situation of basketball in primary schools in Jiaozuo city.The results of the study:(1)the current development plan of basketball in primary schools in Jiaozuo is not clear,and the Sports Bureau of the Education Bureau pays less attention to basketball in primary schools in Jiaozuo City;(2)The sports funds of primary schools in Jiaozuo City are insufficient,equipment and facilities for basketball lessons can not meet the teaching needs;(3)there is a lack of systematic planning for basketball teaching in primary schools in the urban area of Jiaozuo,and there is a lack of communication among teachers on basketball teaching,it is common for non-basketball professional teachers to take on the role of basketball teaching.(4)in some urban primary schools in Jiaozuo,the basketball teaching time is relatively insufficient,and the basketball teaching content is affected by the shortage of teaching time,so it can not effectively link up the curriculum content;(5)some primary schools in the urban area of Jiaozuo do not have basketball cultural activities in their own schools.Students are enthusiastic about extra-curricular basketball activities.However,most of the schools do not have an organisation for such activities.According to the investigation and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward to the primary schools in the city of Jiaozuo:(1)Jiaozuo is the representative of the development of basketball in China,and primary school basketball is an important part of Jiaozuo basketball,jiaozuo should make clear the significance of developing basketball in primary schools;(2)draw up a more detailed plan for the development of school basketball,to strengthen the inspection and inspection of basketball in primary schools,the leaders of Jiaozuo primary schools should deepen their understanding of basketball in primary schools,encourage and support the development of basketball in schools;(3)increase the financial input of basketball in primary schools,to ensure the quantity and quality of equipment and facilities such as basketball and basketball courts,and the normal dedication of basketball lessons;(4)to strengthen the training of basketball teachers,and organize regular teaching or training exchanges between new and old basketball teachers,regular Organization of Basketball Teachers to observe or audit the teaching ability of basketball teachers teaching courses or training activities,regular organization of teaching seminars,from various aspects to improve the professional ability of basketball teachers and teaching level;(5)primary schools in the urban area of Jiaozuo should include different physical education courses in their schedules and strictly plan their physical education courses each semester.Schools with less developed basketball activities should,in the light of their actual conditions and on the basis of the original physical education arrangements,(6)Jiaozuo should attach importance to the role and value of basketball competitions among primary schools,pay more attention to the organization and development of after-school basketball competitions,and build diversified school basketball teams with Jiaozuo characteristics,to Establish A multi-level management system to ensure the development of basketball competitions;(7)to rely on the "Jiaozuo basketball culture festival" and combine the basketball atmosphere in Jiaozuo to develop a campus basketball culture with characteristics,to organize and carry out basketball cultural activities with characteristics and characteristics.
