| Teenagers are the main body of reserve talents training and schools are the foundation of reserve talents training.The state encourages schools at all levels to set up sports teams.Therefore,the establishment of high school basketball team conforms to the trend of The Times.Basketball team can improve the hard strength of school basketball,promote the development of campus sports culture,and train basketball reserve talents.In this paper,through the use of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,f ield investigation method of jiaozuo city 11 ordinary high school boys basketball team team building objectives,conditions of the status quo,relevant subjects,training comp etition status,development factors and other five levels of investigation and analysis an d conclusions are drawn as follows:1.Most of the men’s basketball teams in Jiaozuo ordinary high schools are built w ith the goal of improving the enrollment rate for the sports college entrance examinatio n,which to some extent affects the development of sports in jiaozuo ordinary high scho ols.2,Jiaozuo ordinary high school boys basketball team in terms of conditions: the m anagement system is not perfect,mainly in the sports group and coaches responsible fo r;Most of the team funds come from the student special appropriation,less investmen t;Some school sites are not optimistic;Uneven distribution of training equipment.Ove rall,men’s basketball to the condition of security to be strengthened.3.Appropriate age structure of coaches in relevant subjects of Jiaozuo Ordinary hi gh school boys basketball team;Bachelor’s degree is the main degree,accounting for 88.24%,master’s degree is seriously lacking;The professional titles of coaches are main ly concentrated in the first and second levels,accounting for 35.3% and 29.41% respec tively,and senior titles are lacking.88.24% of the coaches are specialized in basketball,and the rest are minor,and the teaching years are mainly between 6 and 15 years.76.47% of the coaches had no athlete level,and 64.71% of the coaches participated in muni cipal competitions.In addition,the coaches have weak scientific research and less train ing.In terms of athletes,most of them came from middle school sports and most of the m came from junior high school,accounting for 59.06%.Training years are generally l ow,physical conditions need to be strengthened;97.66% of the athletes have no grade certificates and their competitive ability needs to be improved;The motivation to partic ipate in training is interest,study,improve physical quality.4.Most of the training plans of jiaozuo ordinary high school men’s basketball tea m are based on class hour training,and the training frequency and density are relativel y good,but the training content is not comprehensive,lack of psychological quality trai ning;In addition,only 27.27% participated in provincial competitions at lower levels.5.The main factors affecting the development of jiaozuo ordinary high school boy s basketball team are the low attention of leaders,which is not conducive to the develo pment of the team;The coach subsidy is low,which affects the enthusiasm of coachin g;Basketball training affects athletes’ cultural learning,and the contradiction between l earning and training needs to be dealt with.6.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the following developm ent strategies: change the leadership concept and improve the sports cognition;Reform the enrollment system to attract high-quality students;Broaden the source of funds to provide a strong guarantee;Strengthen the teaching staff,improve training subsidies;D eepen the integration of sports and education,improve the management system;Innova te competition modes and seek competition opportunities. |
