In 2017,the China Basketball Association put forward the "mini basketball,big dream" small basketball development plan according to the planning outline of "healthy China 2030".According to the statistics of the China Basketball Association in 2019,35 competition areas in the country launched the "mini basketball" league in the local area,with 180,000 registered athletes.Mini basketball can not only meet the mental health needs of primary school students,but also provide a high quality reserve talent training foundation for the development of basketball in China.Taking some PE teachers and head of PE teaching and research in 15 primary schools in Changsha city as the object of investigation,this paper investigates the present situation of primary school basketball in Changsha city by means of literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,field investigation method and mathematical statistics method.1.the education department of Changsha city is not strong enough to propagate the small basketball sport,the participation of the small basketball league city primary school organized by Changsha Basketball Association and Changsha Student Sports Association is not high;2.education,gender and age structure of primary school PE teachers in Changsha city meet the basic teaching and training requirements.But the professional basketball teacher is not enough,the scientific research ability is not outstanding.The participation of teachers in small basketball-related training and re-learning is uneven.3.the establishment of primary school basketball classes in Changsha City is better,most schools can guarantee a weekly basketball class.The school sets the teaching goal mainly to: enhance the cooperation consciousness,stimulate the movement interest and enhance the movement skill.Teaching content according to the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students to basketball games,senior students will arrange the study of basketball skills and basketball games.But the school does not have the unified appraisal system to the small basketball curriculum,the education department should advocate the school to declare the small basketball school-based curriculum construction positively.4.the main way of extracurricular activities of primary school basketball in Changsha City is the small basketball interest class after class,some schools will hold class basketball games and organize students to participate in small basketball fun activities.5.Changsha City primary school basketball team formation is better,but also pay attention to the construction of women’s basketball team.The small basketball team basically trains more than three times a week,and the training time is kept at about two hours.The main objectives of the team building are: to train basketball reserve talents,to improve the basketball strength of our school,and to improve the comprehensive quality of students.6.Changsha City primary school basketball funds mainly rely on school funding.Most schools believe that the existing funds can not meet the development of school basketball.School basketball venues,equipment and related facilities in general," adult" phenomenon is serious.7.main constraints on the development of primary school basketball in Cha ngsha City are: the promotion factors of the education department;the emphasis factors of the school leaders;the input factors of sports funds;the contradict ory factors of learning and training;the factors of basketball safety;and the l ack of equipment in the field.8.Development Countermeasures Primary School Basketball in Changsha City:cooperation between education and sports departments to strengthen the publicity of small basketball;increase the attention of school leaders to promote the development of small basketball in school;raise funds to improve the conditions of small basketball;strengthen sports medical supervision to enhance students’ physical fitness;improve the construction of field equipment to achieve the "shared co-construction" of the venue... |
