The 2017 version of the Chinese Curriculum standards for senior high schools puts forward the concept of core Literacy,and emphasizes the core literacy in the basic concept to promote the in-depth reform of the Chinese curriculum.The core quality of Chinese includes language construction and thinking development,while the composition comprehensively reflects students' basic Chinese skills of writing Chinese characters,choosing words and making sentences,and planning the layout of the essay,while the argumentation paper focuses on showing students' ideological level,thinking ability and breadth and depth of their knowledge field.Multiple complex sentences are more complex than single sentences,so students have more problems when using multiple complex sentences.In this study,starting from the relevancy words,the semantic relevance of clauses and the word order of clauses,we analyzed the composition corpus collected from senior high school students,and counted a total of 689 multiple-complex sentence questions.The problems in the use of multiple complex sentences in senior high school students include the selection of related words,the semantic correlation between clauses and the word order in the cohesion of clauses.The selection of related words includes misuse,absence and abuse of related words.The problems of semantic association between clauses include semantic repetition,semantic incompleteness and semantic incoherence.The word order problems of clause cohesion include the word order inversion of clauses,unclear hierarchy between clauses and semantic incoherence between clauses.In order to explore the causes of students' multiple complex sentences from the aspect of course standard textbooks,this study searched relevant literature and sorted out and analyzed different versions of Chinese course standard and textbooks.In order to explore the causes of students' multiple complex sentences from the perspective of teachers and students,this study designed interview outline and student questionnaire and conducted a survey.Data from students' questionnaires and teachers' interviews show that the causes of the problem include the neglect of multiple complex sentences in the textbook,the neglect of multiple complex sentences by teachers and the rejection of multiple complex sentences by students.This study aims at the problems and causes of the use of multiple complex sentences in senior high school students,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which include detailed analysis steps of multiple complex sentences and innovative teaching methods of multiplecomplex sentences.The analysis of multiple complex sentences includes three aspects.First,the number of clauses is determined by means of formal marks.Secondly,it makes clear the meaning of clauses and clarifies the relationship between clauses.Finally,it is to optimize the sentence order and clarify the sentence level.The teaching methods of multiple complex sentences include creating situational teaching method and explaining related words;Linkage reading and writing,emphasizing the relevance of clauses;Use graphic teaching method to arrange the word order of clauses.
