The geography curriculum standard of general high school(2017 edition)was officially promulgated,and it is proposed to construct the curriculum which is dominated by cultivating students' core accomplishment,so how to choose the knowledge carrier and choose the appropriate teaching strategy to cultivate the geography core accomplishment becomes the focus of teachers' attention.Geography process knowledge is an important part of geography knowledge system in senior high school,and it also involves most of geography process questions in college entrance examination questions.Because this part of knowledge is more abstract,students understand and use it more difficult,which leads to the low score of middle school students in the examination questions.The creation of problem situation in problem solving method is helpful to reproduce the complicated geographical process,the progressive problem design accords with the stage characteristic of geographical process knowledge,and the inquiry of problem solving can effectively grasp the development law of geographical process knowledge and the new problem is helpful to the transfer and application of learning method.This study uses literature method,questionnaire method,case analysis method and statistical analysis method,through consulting and analyzing relevant literature,expounds the background and significance of problem-solving method in the teaching of geographical process knowledge,and then makes a review of the research status of this paper from three aspects: the research of problem-solving method,the study of geographical process knowledge and the application of problem-solving method to the study of geographical process knowledge,so as to determine the research plan of this paper.And the concept definition of geographical process knowledge connotation and problem solving method is carried out,and the relevant theories such as constructivism theory,multiple intelligences theory,proximal development area theory,geography teaching theory and so on are briefly introduced,so as to establish theoretical support for this paper.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the application of problem-solving in geography process knowledge by taking senior one students and 12 geography teachers in Pingdingshan M high school and some teachers in Blue Moon Geography Group and Geography Education Graduate Group.The following problems are found through data collation: the level of cognition,teachers' understanding of the classification of geographical process knowledge is not clear,and the understanding of space-time is not deep enough.At the level of teaching method,problem solving method is applicable to the teaching of geographical process knowledge,but it is limited by external environment.At the level of teaching flow,the problem situation setting link is relatively single,the knowledge chain and the problem chain correspondence is not strong,the consciousness attention to the student's initiative to raise and explore the question is not enough,the geographical process knowledge inquiry material and the presentation way is single,the teaching appraisal content and the student expectation are not consistent and so on.And then from the two aspects of teachers and students to conduct a deep-level analysis of the reasons.Then,according to the analysis of curriculum standard,teaching material and learning situation,we design the teaching flow of problem solving method in geography process knowledge,including grasping the main points of geography process teaching before class 1,and constructing problem system.Class 2 presents a geographic process problem system to guide problem solving.After class to generate new geographic process problems,promote problem promotion.Each step is composed of teacher activities and student activities,giving full play to teachers' leading and students' subjectivity.Finally,with the corresponding case of the teaching process instructions,for teachers to provide the corresponding practical reference.According to the designed teaching process,we put it into practice,and selected two parallel classes,that is,the experimental class and the control class,to test the effect.It is found that the experimental class has obviously improved the academic achievement compared with the photo class,the students' satisfaction with the learning condition and the students' comprehensive ability of the subject have been greatly improved,which shows that the problem-solving method is practical and feasible to apply to the teaching of geography process knowledge.This paper studies the application of problem-solving method in the teaching of geography process knowledge,analyzes the present situation of problem-solving method in the teaching of geography process knowledge from the perspective of students and teachers,and analyzes the causes of problems.According to this,the teaching process of problem solving method is put forward in combination with geography curriculum standard,teaching material and students' learning situation,and put into practice,which provides reference for the application research of problem solving method in geography process knowledge teaching in practical sense,which is also the innovation of this paper.
