In the process of learning,Chinese learners will inevitably have the problem of using wrong words due to lexical confusion, which is a word pair or word aggregation composed of group high-frequency misused words and their proper words. In these years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of confusable words, and more and more scholars have carried out the study of its nationalization.Vocabulary teaching has always been the focus of TCFL.It is unavoidable that foreign students will confuse and use vocabulary during the learning process, which will lead to errors. Therefore, confusing words are an integral part of our teaching content. This article focuses on the confusing verbs of Thai students. It mainly uses questionnaire surveys and natural observation methods. It conducts a sample survey of teachers and Thai students who use the "Experiencing Chinese" series of textbooks, and combines quantitative and qualitative analysis to obtain research results, and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies. It is hoped that the findings of this article will provide some references for Thai Chinese teachers,Thai students, and other researchers.First of all, this paper identifies the prediction table for Thai students' confusing verbs.Combined with the "Experiencing Chinese" series of textbooks, using the HSK dynamic composition corpus, with reference to the high frequency of verb misuse and widely distributed standards, the test was conducted with Thai students at the elementary level as samples, and 22 groups of Thai students with mixed verbs were identified. For these 22 groups of confusing verbs,we carried out classification analysis, analysis of misuse direction and inter-word relations, and analysis of errors. From the perspective of Thai students,we divided these 22 groups of confusing verbs into four categories:words with similar forms, words with the same phonetics and similar meanings, words with the same or similar meanings, and words with the same morpheme and similar meanings. And make one by one analysis.According to the analysis of the misuse directions of 22 groups of misleading verbs,we found that Thai students using miscellaneous verbs in the "Experiencing Chinese" series of texts have both one-way misuse and two-way misuse.Based on the analysis of the inter-word relationship of Thai students' verbs,we find that the verb confusion of Thai students using the "Experiencing Chinese" series of textbooks is mainly one-to-one misuse,one-to-many misuse, and many-to-one misuse.Secondly, this article further analyzes the confusion reasons of Thai students' confusing verbs.Through a sample survey of Thai Chinese teachers and Thai students,we learned about Chinese teachers' vocabulary teaching methods and their evaluation of the"Experiencing Chinese" series of textbooks.Based on the analysis results of confusing verbs,we divide the reasons for confusion among Thai students into three aspects:First, teaching methods, subdivided into teachers do not actively identify and analyze confusing verbs, excessive use of translation methods, and lack of Thai and Thai Language comparison;Second,as for textbooks, which are subdivided into inappropriate language annotations, irrational verbs, insufficient verb recurrence rates, and inappropriate verb exercises.Third, language knowledge is mainly divided into target language reasons and Thai language reasons. Finally, this paper puts forward some teaching and learning strategies with pertinence and operability from the perspectives of teachers and students. The teaching strategies include establishing the concept of confusing words;cultivating students' ability to distinguish word forms;paying attention to the discrimination of monosyllabic and disyllabic words with the same morpheme;analyzing teaching materials and Thai language;using media language properly;using various teaching methods in combination;learning strategies include reducing avoidance, paying attention to writing Chinese characters, querying word meaning and word usage, etc.
