College counselors are an important part of management team and teaching team in universities.They are the main force to carry out ideological and political education of college students,the managers of daily learning and life of college students,and the guiders and leaders for the healthy growth of college students.College class is the most basic organization for teaching and management of students in universities.The effect of college class management will directly affect the healthy development of college students' body and mind.As the main organizer and executor of class management,college counselors shoulder important mission and great responsibility,and play an irreplaceable role in the management process.With the coming of the era of education popularization,the class management in universities under the background of credit system is facing great challenges,which also puts forward higher requirements for the class management level of college counselors.Therefore,college counselors must keep up with the new changes of the times,improve their ability of class management constantly,and adapt to the new demand of practical work and Chinese high education reform.Based on competency theory and career development theory,this study defines the core concept and three internal dimensions of college counselor's class management ability,and constructs the influencing factor system and development mechanism model of the college counselor's class management ability promotion.On the basis of empirical research,this study summarizes the existing problems and their reasons about the college counselor's class management ability promotion,and forms some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is to clarify the research purpose and research object.By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,the class management ability of college counselors is taken as the key object of this study,and the research method combining literature analysis and questionnaire survey is determined.In the second part,based on competency theory and career development theory,this part defines the three core concepts of class management,competence and college counselor's class management ability.In addition,this part constructs three internal dimensions of college counselor's class management ability,which are the class routine transaction management ability,class organization construction management ability and class culture construction management ability.In the third part,starting from the three influencing factors of the college counselor's class management ability improvement,the influencing factor system of the promotion of college counselor's class management ability is constructed;and then starting from the influencing factor system,the development mechanism model of the promotion of college counselor's class management ability is constructed,which mainly includes qualification access mechanism,process communication mechanism,career planning mechanism,training mechanism,incentive mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism.In the fourth part,based on the results of the sample survey of the class management ability of a part of college counselors in Hubei Province,the reliability and validity of the survey results is tested by SPSS24.0 data analysis software.Through factor analysis,correlation analysis and other data analysis methods,the rationality of the construction of the three concept dimensions of the class management ability of college counselors and the construction of the development mechanism model of the college counselor's class management ability is verified.The fifth part,from the collation and statistics of the survey data results,summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the promotion of the class management ability of college counselors in China,and analyzes the reasons from the three levels of the state,colleges and individuals.The sixth part,in view of the problems and reasons in the promotion of the college counselor's class management ability,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in a multi-subject,all-round,and three-dimensional manner from the three aspects:the country to strengthen the policy support and professional recognition of college counselors,the universities to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of college counselors' ability promotion,and the individuals to pay attention to the improvement of professional identity and comprehensive quality.
