The development of education in our country has always been valued by the state,and the comprehensive quality of developing the students’ all-round development is the basic educational idea. By the influence of the background of the education reform in new period, in addition to the basic cultural knowledge education and comprehensive quality of students in other aspects especially pay more attention to the cultivation of autonomy, which requires in school education to cultivate the students’ self management ability promotion, realize students in independent ability of comprehensive training, so that the quality of students has generally improved.Based on the basic concepts of self-management, the study of this topic systematically analyses the theory of self-management education and class autonomous management, clear-out the research ideas, methods and significance of the research,and illustrates the topic from three parts, including the goal, the content, and the principle of class autonomous management. Besides, the study has a clear idea on the main theoretical basis and principles about class autonomous management ability training, in order to make the strategies become more scientific.The paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of junior middle school students’ class autonomous management. Based on the statistical data and summary of survey results, it discusses the existing problems in the developing self-management capability, and points out the following problems of current middle school students’ class autonomous management ability: weak will, insufficient ability, unclear target,low level of mental quality, lack of planning. According to theoretical basis and status of class self-management ability, we work out the specific objectives of self-management development and principles during the developing process, whichprovides accurate reference information for the implementation of developing class self-management ability strategies. The paper discussed the specific measures of class self-management ability of junior middle school students, including different methods on developing self-management ability, connect the strength of family education,pre-schooling education and primary education, so as to improve the scientificity of students’ autonomous ability system development.Through the summary and analysis of specific measures of developing junior middle school students’ self-management ability, we has been clear about the effectiveness of existing development, found out the direction of junior students’ self-management ability development in the future, in order to improve effectiveness of the junior students’ autonomous management and help the students develop their self-management ability.
