With the implementation of the new college entrance examination scheme in Guangdong Province,the "class-based system" of course selection has become a common teaching organization form in current ordinary high schools.And shifts the next class management system construction,in the class culture construction,student autonomy ability and the teachers' moral education ability,etc.,will be directly decided to walk to a certain extent under the effect of class management,class is related to the development of the school and the development of students comprehensive and individualize,ultimately affect the smooth implementation of the new college entrance examination reform.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current problems and strategies of class management under the class system.By combing the literature to clearly define the concept of class management system and class management,from the system construction of class management system,students' autonomous ability and teachers' moral education ability,using questionnaire survey as the main method,interview survey as the supplement,to sort out the effective information of the current situation of class management under the class system.After investigation,it is found that the current situation of class management under the class-based system,represented by M Middle School in L City,is manifested in three aspects: first,the diversified class structure and the weakened administrative class management function;Second,the learning form is class-based,the students' collective consciousness is desalinated;Third,the class management is rough,the difficulty of teaching management is increased.The reasons are as follows: first,the dissimilation of class structure model aggravates the dilemma of class management;Second,the lack of class culture construction and collective indoctrination effect;The vision of teacher moral education is limited,and the ability of teacher moral education is limited.All these will affect the effect of class management under the class system.According to the current situation,this paper analyzes the causes of problems in class management and teachers' management under the class management system,and finally puts forward strategies to optimize class management.First,from the perspective of class management,we should reform the class management system and optimize the value connotation of college entrance examination.Reforming the class evaluation mechanism to promote students' diversified development;Strengthen students' sense of responsibility and enhance students' ability of autonomy.Second,from the perspective of teachers,build a platform for teachers' development and enhance teachers' moral education quality;Improve teachers' incentive mechanism and enhance teachers' moral education ability.
