Research On Gansu Residents' Sense Of Happiness And Improvement From The Perspective Of Finance

Based on the theory of happiness economics,fiscal expenditure,and modern fiscal system,this article will grasp the new characteristics of the current era.From the perspective of finance,new interpretations and mechanism impact studies on the well-being of residents are made in four dimensions:social,economic,government,and environmental.And the index analysis of residents' well-being is carried out through the statistical analysis of principal components.This paper selects Gansu Province as the research and analysis object,and uses the yearbook data from 2007 to 2018 as the index to select the source.Adhering to the comprehensiveness of the index With the basic principles of explanatory power and ease of data collection,this article selected a total of 45 secondary indicators under the four target layers.KMO and Bartlett sphericity tests were performed on the corresponding indicator data to ensure that the statistical data can use principal component analysis.Finally,draw the main component score trend chart of Gansu Province from 2007 to 2018 in four dimensions,analyze its trend characteristics from four aspects,and deeply analyze how finance functions and affects in the four dimensions of society,economy,government,and environment.Changes in related trends have further identified deficiencies and weak links in the financial field,in order to ensure that the residents of Gansu Province will further improve their happiness.Through empirical analysis,we can seethat in four dimensions,the scores of Gansu Province have been rising with varying degrees of slope,which indicates that the happiness of residents in the province has gradually increased in the past twelve years,of course,there are also their own shortcomings;Weaknesses at the social level are mainly concentrated on residents' travel and dibao coverage;the economic level is characterized by the province's slow economic growth,backward fiscal income structure and lack of new income growth points;the government level is mainly concentrated on local government efficiency and overall government scale The current situation of asynchronous expansion and the backwardness of financial management,etc.;The environmental aspect shows that there is a certain disconnect between the province's environmental protection investment and effective environmental improvement.The article also starts from the shortcomings of the four dimensions,and proposes relevant countermeasures.That is to improve the efficiency and quality of fiscal expenditures;effectively implement proactive fiscal policies;speed up the construction of a modern fiscal system;increase fiscal investment and management of environmental governance.
