Wuhan Private Kindergarten Teacher Training,Supply And Demand Contradiction Strains

The training of kindergarten teachers is not only an important part of pre-school teacher education,but also an important means to improve the quality of education in private kindergartens.Since the rise of young teachers in 2011,all kinds of training in the field of pre-school education everywhere,the quality of private kindergarten education has been gradually improved,but in the process of exploration,the problems in the teacher training of private kindergartens are increasingly prominent,training has appeared "preset menu" training effectiveness,training resources are uneven and other urgent problems to be solved.At present,private kindergarten education and teachers are still weak points in the reform and development of pre-school education in China.This paper refines the teacher training into kindergarten director training and teacher training,takes the contradiction between supply and demand as the starting point and the starting point of the study,the contradiction between supply and demand is the special relationship between supply and demand,explores the contradiction between supply and demand between private kindergarten director and teacher training,and provides a useful reference for improving the fit between the director and the teacher training supply and demand.This paper is mainly composed of the introduction,the text and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly expounds the research origin,significance,concept definition,theoretical basis and research design,and at the same time,the relevant research at home and abroad has been combed and summarized.The first part analyzes the characteristics of teachers in private kindergartens based on questionnaire survey,and introduces the supply of teacher training from both the supply side and the demand side.The second part mainly relies on the self-compiled "Wuhan City private kindergarten director/teacher training supply and demand research questionnaire" to carry out an empirical survey of the needs of private kindergarten teacher training.The third part,on the basis of the pre-training supply and demand survey,analyzes the degree of difference between the training frequency,content,form,teacher,time and evaluation method in terms of supply and demand by using descriptive statistics and card-side inspection.The fourth part summarizes the contradiction between the supply and demand of private kindergarten director and teacher training,such as the shortage of training of the head of the school,the oversupply of the training of the backbone teachers,and the oversupply of ordinary teachers' training.At the same time,the researchers deeply analyze the specific causes of the contradiction between supply and demand of the director and teachers' training.Analysis shows that the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand of the director and teacher training are as follows:the function of the education administrative department is not in place,the curriculum of the training institution does not reflect the needs of the participants,the kindergarten proposal is difficult to be adopted,and the professional orientation of the director and teacher is unreasonable.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the causes of the contradiction between supply and demand of the director and teachers' training,combined with the feasibility,the researchers put forward the solution measures.The proposals for the education administrative departments are mainly to speed up the introduction of targeted training policies,increase the supply of high-quality educational resources,strengthen the government's process supervision responsibility,implement the teacher qualification certificate upgrade system;The conclusion is mainly to reflect on this article.
