A Studyon The Reform Of Training Mode Based On The Supply And Demand Of Skilled Talents

In recent years,as the development of science and technology,technological innovation and industrial structure adjustment,the demand for skilled and applied talents is gradually higher,and the situation of talents' supply and demand mismatch will undoubtedly hinder the steady and healthy development of economy.Zhejiang Province is a major economic province in China.At present,it is in the period of upgrading the industrial structure and transforming the mode of economic development.If we want to develop the manufacturing industry,especially the high-end manufacturing industry,we must cultivate a batch of high-quality skills.In view of this,to enhance the quality of the skilled talents,especially the quality of thehighly skilled talents is particularly critical.Based on the above background,this paper reviews the macro-data of education,employment and human resources in recent years,and then analyzes the recent data of enrollment and graduates.The provincial skilled personnel in quantity,quality and structure of the supply and demand situation has been grasped.I found that the contradiction between supply and demand mainly presents three characteristics:the total talents is in short supply,the quality level needs to be improved,the structure unevenly distributed and highly skilled talents are extremely scarce.This paper focuses on the source of contradictions from the perspective of the supply of talent,eight typical vocational school students in Zhejiang province are surveyed by the questionnaire,and the professional settings,teachers,practice teaching and so on are inspected.This research summarizes the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand of skilled talents caused by the talents supply into three aspects:firstly,all levels of skilled talents are inadequate.Secondly,the quality of graduates in vocational schools is low.Thirdly,the supply structure of skilled talents is unbalanced,especially the highly skilled talents are scarce.Based on the above analysis,this paper aims to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of skilled talents,improve the quality of vocational schools and promote the balanced cultivation of skilled talents.The author puts forward some suggestions:First,perfect the top-level system design and speed up the legislative work at the national and local levels.Second,create a harmonious social environment and a good working environment.Third,promote vocational education reform,adhere to open education and closely link to the market.Fourth,set up a professional science and speed up curriculum and textbook system reform.Fifth,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation and enhance the students' practical skills.Sixth,establish the "doublecertificate" system and improve the "double-teacher" proportion of teachers..
