In today's society,with the continuous improvement of learning conditions,students' learning pressure is getting heavier and heavier,and the number of students with psychological problems is becoming more and more.The development of positive psychology focuses on cultivating and stimulating people's positive psychological quality,thus preventing or reducing the occurrence of psychological problems.The concept and theory of psychological capital was put forward by the founder of positive psychology cegliman.The first stage is important period in the development of life,because as the grade rises,self-awareness to rapid development,the arrival of puberty,the students in learning,life,emotional problems will emerge in endlessly,lead to quite a few classmates and sustain easily affected by temporary failure,even abandon.Therefore,from the beginning of the first grade to build a good psychological capital of students,to help them solve the difficulties in the future life is particularly important.On the basis of previous research results on psychological capital of junior high school students,this study investigated the status quo of psychological capital of junior high school students through questionnaire survey,and then conducted intervention on psychological capital of junior high school students through experimental research to improve their psychological capital level.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The psychological capital level of junior high school students is generally good,but most of them still have a lot of room for development.(2)The level of self-efficacy,optimism and psychological capital of female students is significantly lower than that of male students.(3)The level of self-efficacy,toughness,hope,optimism and psychological capital of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.(4)The level of self-efficacy,hope,optimism and psychological capital of student cadres is significantly higher than that of non-student cadres.(5)The psychological capital level of students in grade one and grade three is significantly higher than that of students in grade two.(6)Group counseling intervention has a significant effect on the psychological capital,self-efficacy,resilience and optimism of junior high school students,and effectively improves the psychological capital level of junior high school students.(7)Groupssandplay intervention has a significant effect on the psychological capital and various dimensions of junior high school students,and effectively improves the level of psychological capital of junior high school students.
