A Research On The Compilation And Application Of Psychological Capital Group-counseling Manual For Psychological Committee Member In College

The problem of college students' psychological health has become so glaring,the role of psychological capital in the mental health of college and university students cannot be ignored.However,psychological committee members still have some problems in their work,and their psychological qualities need to be improved.Psychological capital,as an individual positive psychological state of growth,it can be developed through the postnatal development.Study 1,taking 1024 psychological committee members from three colleges in Yunnan Province as the research object,was conducted through the questionnaire of Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ).Understand the basic status of psychological capital of college psychological committees,And the difference between the total score of psychological capital of university psychological committee and its four dimensions in demographic variables is tested.Study 2,By combing the literature and combining the results of an open questionnaire survey of 46 college mental health educators,the structures of the group counseling manual was initially established,and the specific contents of the program were constructed on the basis of the framework of the relevant theory of psychological capital,and the preliminary preparation of the manual was formed.The first draft was presented to five psychologists.Through expert consultation,the structure and content of the manual were revised and confirmed,and a scientific and effective “Psychological Capital Group-Counseling Manual for Psychological Committee Members in College” was prepared.Study 3,using the experimental group control group before and after the experimental model,A total of 15 psychological members were screened for the experimental and control groups.The experimental group was intervened with the completed “Psychological Capital Group-Counseling Manual for Psychological Committee Member in College”.To explore the effect of the handbook on the psychological capital of psychological members to verify the effectiveness of the group counseling manual.Through the analysis of the research results,this study draws the following conclusions:1.The psychological capital of university psychological committees is in goodcondition.The average total score of psychological capital and the average score of each dimension are higher than the theoretical median value of psychological capital.2.There are significant differences in the psychological capital level of college psychological committee members in terms of college type,length of service,whether they have participated in theoretical training and whether they have participated in skills training.There was no significant difference in the gender and family location.3.Compiled “College Psychological Committee Members Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual ”should include prefaces,catalogues,theoretical overviews,skills enhancements,practical guidance,effectiveness assessments,appendix seven major structures,and eight tutorial program topics.4.Researchers refer to College Psychological Committee Members Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual to train Psychological Committee members,which can effectively increase the psychological capital of psychological committee members and have a better sustained effect.The psychological committee has a good feedback and the content setting can meet the guidance goals.The manual is feasible and effective.
