Psychological capital refers to the positive psychological status that individual presents in the process of growth, consisting of four core components: self-efficacy,toughness,hope and optimism(Luthans,2004).In today's education field, the community, schools and parents are more concerned about the shortcomings and deficiencies of students, ignoring the positive potential of students. The Study taken by Xu Mingjin,Yang Xinguo,Huang Xiani,Peng Hongqiao and Lu Peiyan(2015)shows that individual psychological disorder and learning burnout can be improved by improving psychological qualities.Psychological capital can promote students' learning input, academic achievement and subjective well-being.Consequently,through the cultivation of students' psychological capital, they can improve their academic performance and test scores,as well as provide a way of thinking for the development of junior high school students' learning psychology. At present, researches on positive psychological capital mainly focus on the four aspects: enterprise employees, clinical medicine, college students' mental health and academic achievement. However,Psychological capital concerning junior high school students, especially the grade seven students of junior high school, has not yet been studied. As a serious problem in the mental health of high school students, test anxiety is more and more concerned by schools, society and parents. In the past, scholars' researches on test anxiety are often concerned with students in their last year of junior high school or senior high school.According to my internship experience and practical investigation, the test anxiety level of students who are in their the grade seven also need to be concerned but there are just a few researches currently. The cognitive development level of the grade seven students of junior high school is slightly lower than that of other grades.Their ability to identify and solve problems is insufficient, and the ability of self-regulation is also limited. It is easy for them to fall into the state of self-abandonment because of temporary setbacks. Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to exam psychology of students in the first junior high school year and provide them with timely guidance and help. Thus, this study investigates the current psychological capital situation of students in the first junior high school year from the perspective of psychological capital, explores the relationship between psychological capital, test anxiety and academic performance, and designs a book called "the Grade Seven Students' Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual".In the end, verify the practical effect of the manual through group counseling. The study investigates the status quo and characteristics of psychological capital of the first year junior high school students by issuing "positive psychological capital questionnaire" to the grade seven students from three junior high schools in Kunming.Meanwhile,in order to further improve students' psychological capital level,30 students from Experimental Middle School Attached to Yunnan Normal University are selected as experimental subjects(15 people in the experimental group and 15 in the control group). The quasi experimental design mode is used to verify the effectiveness of "Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual for Students in the First Year of Junior High School”.In the mode, the experimental group accept 12 times' psychological capital group counselingThis study draws the following conclusions:1.There are significant differences in the total average score and the four dimensions of psychological capital of the first year junior high school students, which are manifested in the four aspects: gender, nationality, the only child or not,and the location of the family.2.There are significant correlations between psychological capital, test anxiety and test scores in the first year junior high school students. There is a significant negative correlation between the total average score of psychological capital and test anxiety;the total average score of psychological capital is positively correlated with the standard T scores of test scores;there is a significant negative correlation between test anxiety scores and the standard T score of test scores.3.The final structure of "the Grade Seven Students' Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual" includes six parts: the preamble, the instruction for use,the implementation process, the effect assessment, the precautions and the appendix.4.There are 12 themes in "the Grade Seven Students' Psychological Capital Group Counseling Manual",including meeting each other, successful experience, enhancing self-confidence,rational attribution to hope, setting goals, learning strategies, test strategies, emotion management, test plan(a),test plan(b)and being
