Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.In the process of realizing the comprehensive well-off society,educational equity and quality are particularly important.The ministry of education proposed that by 2022,three classrooms should be fully implemented in primary and secondary schools according to the needs of the application,to promote balanced development of quality education,synchronous interactive dedicated classroom as an important part,specifically to solve the problems of uneven,inadequate and poor courses in weak teaching areas stipulated by the state.As an important index to measure the quality of education,emotional engagement reflects students' intrinsic learning motivation,learning efficiency and academic performance.Therefore,this study starts with the basic unit of teaching,and analyzes the core part of teaching interaction,so as to make an in-depth discussion on how to effectively improve teaching interaction and students' emotional involvement in synchronous interactive dedicated classroom.This study firstly summarizes the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad by sorting out a large number of literatures.Adapt the interactive analysis coding system,observe and code the video of synchronous interactive dedicated classroom teaching,and analyze the curren't situation of teaching interaction in synchronous interactive dedicated classroom.Based on the theory of interactive ritual chain,this paper constructs a model of the influence of teaching interaction on students' emotional engagement,introduces connected classroom climate and perceived instructor support variables to supplement the model,and proposes research hypotheses.According to the research variables,the existing mature scale was revised and improved,and the questionnaire of this study was compiled.Teachers and students who participated in the synchronous interactive dedicated classroom in X district,X city,hubei province,were selected as the research objects,and a total of 222 valid questionnaires were collected from 10 teaching sites in this area.Finally,SPSS24.0 and SmartPLS3.2.8 software were used to conduct data statistics and analysis of the recovered questionnaires,and descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,model fitness test and hypothesis verification were conducted.Combined with the results of teacher-student interviews,the research results were analyzed in depth and corresponding improvement strategies were proposed.The research results show that the democratic classroom structure is reflected in the current situation of synchronous interactive dedicated classroom instructional interaction.The teacher's style and tendency of direct speech as the main control type,negative reinforcement type dominated by demonstration and instruction,and stable and active classroom emotional atmosphere are unified.In terms of teaching interaction effect on students' emotional engagement,teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,connected classroom climate and perceived instructor support have a positive impact on emotional engagement.Student-student interaction has positive influence to the connected classroom climate.Teacher-student interaction has positive influence on perceived instructor support.Teacher-student interaction to connect connected classroom climate is not significant.Based on the research results and the actual situation and characteristics of synchronous interactive dedicated classroom,some Suggestions for improvement are put forward.Choose teaching methods flexibly to improve the level of teaching interaction.Create a good teaching environment,guide the positive classroom atmosphere;Strengthen the management of network equipment,ensure the teaching interaction timely;Give full play to the responsibilities of teachers of both sides and carry out training cooperation on a regular basis.
