To carry out ideal and faith education for senior middle school students is not only the important content of ideological and political education and teaching activities in senior high school,but also the essential purpose of carrying out its education and teaching activities.Under the background of national ideological and political education,the educational effect of ideals and beliefs is related to the effect and quality of school education for the party.High school students in the new era,as the promoters and strivers of the future progress of socialist cause,the party and the country need to use scientific ideals and beliefs to arm and strengthen their ideological foundation,and polish the life background of their correct values and world outlook.General Secretary Xi emphasized at the National Education Conference that we should guide students to work hard in six aspects,such as firm ideals and beliefs,strengthening moral cultivation and cultivating the spirit of struggle,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The important instructions and educational insights of the General Secretary have pointed out the direction for educators,especially front-line ideological and political teachers,to change their educational ideas and seek innovation in classroom teaching.How to improve the practical education effect of ideal and faith education in high school ideological and political classroom teaching is not only a theoretical problem to be considered,but also an urgent teaching practice problem to be solved,and the research on this problem always needs to focus on the core of "effectiveness".This paper firstly clarifies the concepts related to ideal and faith education in high school ideological and political course teaching,and under the guidance of Marxist humanistic thought,the important discussion of the Communist Party of China on ideal and faith education and effective teaching and other theoretical basis,theory combined with campus empirical questionnaire survey,With the help of the data in the empirical research,the results,existing problems and the factors restricting the educational effectiveness of the current school ideal and faith education are systematically analyzed.Combined with the survey results,it is found that the current ideological and political education in Senior high schools in China has achieved remarkable results,and the ideals and beliefs of senior high school students are generally positive,healthy and optimistic.But at the same time,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the process of ideal and faith education.The professional quality of ideological and political teachers is uneven;The content of ideal and belief education is lack of contact with students' reality;Teaching methods fail to meet the needs of students;The extension of ideal faith education path is insufficient.The factors that influence the educational effect are as follows: social environment has prominent influence on ideal and belief education;Some schools are not ideal in the education of ideals and beliefs;There is utilitarian tendency in ideal and faith education in classroom teaching.This paper gives five solutions from the perspective of classroom teaching: first,change the role orientation of teachers to improve the current situation of emphasizing knowledge over thinking in teaching;Second,to improve the professional quality of teachers to make up for the lack of ability in ideal and belief education;Third,focus on the integration of teaching content,in order to solve the ideal and belief education content scattered and lack of contact with the actual problem of students;Fourthly,select teaching methods to make up for the shortcomings that traditional teaching methods cannot meet students' needs;Fifthly,the teaching path should be optimized to make up the defect of insufficient extension of ideal and belief education path.
