At present,China has just completed the first centenary goal and is on the way to the second centenary goal,so this is an important historical juncture for the two centenary goals.As a result,this undoubtedly requires that the education reform must serve the needs of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and we must pay close attention to training a new generation who can adapt to and lead the future development.In the vast rural areas,weak foundation to enter junior high school stage of teenagers are builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the main force of the future revitalization of the country,new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the ideal faith education,about the second goal realization in one hundred,is about the future of the country and people.this shows that the education of their ideals and beliefs and the ideological education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping's new era are closely related to the realization of the second centenary goal and the future of the country and the nation.Specifically,it is urgent to carry out the ideal and belief education of ideological and political course in junior middle school in rural areas,which not only meets the fundamental requirements of establishing morality and cultivating people in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also is the key way to promote the all-round development of people and improve the quality education of junior high school students.Moreover,from a long-term perspective,this also satisfies the need to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,reduce spiritual poverty,and further promote the rural revitalization strategy.Through the investigation on the present situation of ideal and belief education in ideological and political courses in rural junior middle schools,it is found that there are many problems in the current ideal and belief education in rural junior middle schools,such as less content,not close to the characteristics of the new era,single teaching method,bad classroom atmosphere,not meeting the needs of cultivating innovative talents in the new era,etc..The in-depth reason lies in the following aspects: the content of textbooks is not closely linked with the characteristics of the new era;the physical and mental characteristics of junior high school students increase the difficulty of implementing ideal and belief education;the path of ideal and belief education in rural junior high schools is single;and the teachers' own quality is limited.Under the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is required to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of students' belief and ideal in political course education.we should first plan the education system from a macro level,clarify the goals of ideal and belief education,introduce socialist modernization strategies,rural revitalization strategies,etc.,and expand the content of ideals and beliefs.Secondly,through situational teaching,experiential teaching,emotional teaching and innovative evaluation system,set up practical courses,improve the belief and ideal teaching form.Finally,the whole-process system management should be strengthened,teaching evaluation standards should be formulated,and most importantly,the effect of ideal and belief education should be paid attention to.
