As an important part of national education,postgraduate education plays an important role in national innovation system and international competition.The teacher-student relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is the most basic interpersonal relationship in teaching and scientific research activities,which also has a direct impact on talent training effect and scientific research results.Respecting teachers and valuing the way are our excellent traditions and unremitting pursuits in practice.However,in recent years,some negative news related to the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates has constantly come into people's vision,often pushing the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates to the forefront of the storm.Therefore,the research on the Anomie of supervisors's power has not only theoretical value but also important practice significance.This study uses the method of qualitative research to study the Anomie of supervisors's power from the experienced students.It consists of five parts:the first part is introduction,the second part is the theoretical discussion of the study.In the theoretical discussion part,it mainly includes three parts:concept definition,theoretical basis and theoretical construction.It introduces the discipline power theory and the power balance theory in order to provide the basis for the research,and then tries to outline the boundary for the supervisors' power from the perspective of laws and regulations and ethics.The third part is the perspective of the power anomie of supervisors.Through the analysis of the interview,the author explains the power anomie of the supervisors from three aspects:the operation performance,the operation technology and the operation result.In terms of the operation and performance of tutor power,the interview materials are sorted out with the development process of teacher-student interaction as the clue,showing the fresh fragments,entering the university,getting along with supervisors,and approaching graduation.In terms of the operation technology of supervisors' power,this paper uses Foucault's theory of discipline power for reference to demonstrate the three technologies of monitoring,adjudication and inspection of supervisors' power operation.In terms of the results of the operation of supervisors' power,from the three aspects of postgraduates' cognition,emotion and behavior performance,the results of supervisors'power anomie are summed up into three abnormal ways of interaction between supervisors and postgraduates:oppressive confrontation type,laissez faire loose type and interest binding type.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the anomie of supervisors' power.It analyzes the causes of the problem of the relationship between the guidance and learning,mainly from the three perspectives of the university,the supervisors and the postgraduates.From the perspective of universities,it mainly includes:the ethical binding of teacher-student relationship,the relationship network of acquaintance society,the simplified tutor management system and the formal teacher-student mutual selection system;From the perspective of supervisors,it analyzes the reasons from the perspective of time,energy,self-discipline and empathy;From the perspective of postgraduates,it analyzes the reasons from the perspective of psychological state,learning attitude and communication ability.The fifth part puts forward the measures to solve the problem of power anomie of tutors.Based on the theory of power balance,this paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:universities,supervisors and postgraduates.From the perspective of universities,we should use the system to check and balance the power.The specific measures include:improving the tutor selection mechanism,implementing the dynamic management of the tutor and implementing the tutor training system.From the perspective of supervisors,we should use the responsibility to check and balance the power.The specific measures include:clarifying the relationship between supervisor and postgraduates,clarifying the boundary of power and responsibility,strengthening the responsibility of educating people,containing different ideas,strengthening the cooperation of teachers and sharing the responsibility.From the perspective of postgraduates,we balance power with power the specific measures include:combining research interests,carefully choosing tutors;reasonably expressing opinions,actively seeking help;strengthening the awareness of rights,legally safeguarding rights.
