Teacher-student relationship is the pratagonist of the structure of university education and is the most basic human relationship in higher education structure.It is a special form of social relations that formed by teachers and students'interaction in the various activities and that profoundly affects the quality of teacher-student interaction. In the stage of postgraduate education,a good teacher-student relationship play an important role in the growth and progress of graduate students'promoting. Therefore, how according to the educational concept of people-oriented to objectively in-deptth analyze the essential connotation of the relationship between teachers and students and to find practical effective measures for improvement and to construct a harmonious relationship beteent supervisors and graduate students that will be a strong practical significance to make a success work of graduate education in the current situation.In the graduate education,university goal is to complete the task of teaching and training high-quality graduate students, but a good teacher-student relationship is also an important part of that goal. In this stage, teacher-student interaction involve many aspects of the content,such as social interaction, educationa relatons, psychological relationships, moral relations, legal relations.Therefore, in the progess of selection thesis topic,the author carefully sort out domestic and foreign research result about the relationship between supervisor and graduate.In addition,the author also collect news reports and other relevant materials about the relationship between supervisor and graduate in recent years.In the thesis, the author introduce the Communication Theory to the research of relationshop between superviors and graduates and effectively analyze this deep interaction relationship. The thesis also give reasons to reference Communication Theory based on the analysis core idea of this theory.Through analysize research results ,give sample survey by supervisors and graduates and listen to opinions and suggestions of both sides,the author sum up the form of supervisor and graduate interaction in the current post-graduate education,divide the type of supervors and graduate interaction,find the major problems that supervors and graduates faced in current.On this basis, the author determine the thesis outline.The thesis research idea:in th context of higher education popularization,the author introduce the core idea of Communication Theory to the research of relationship beween supervisors and graduates. Based on the core idea of Communication Theory,the author objectively in-depth analyze the current status of supervisors and graduates interaction through document retrieval and interviews and other methods,and divide five aspects form of university's supervisors and graduates relationship,that is social, educational, psychological, ethical, legal, and summarize a systematic classification of types of superviors and graguates interaction: the academic authority, harmony-based, loosely structured, utilitarian structure,and combine with practice work of university,find the major problems that supervisors and graduates faced through the perspectives of supervisors and graduats.According to the major prombles,to improve the quality of the overall goal of graguate education and to promte healthy development of supervisors and graduats communication,the author combine the current reality of supervisors and graduats communicatio and analyze the importance of healthy communication to promte the quality in the post-graduact education.The thesis give a way to get a good supervisors and graduates relationship by supersivor's sincere and equal communication,graduat's autonomy and communication capabilities, the platform provided by university,improving post-graduate system and other aspects.This thesis research and stuty base on the introduction and application of Communication Theory,and analysis supervisors and graduates practical communication,and propose the establishment of specific measures for healthy interaction .If the thesis can provide some help and reference to improve the relationship between supervisors and graduats, thus achieving the original intention of the paper.
