Postgraduate's identification of the supervisor reflects the subjective reflection of the teacher-student interaction,which is the recognition,praise,maintenance and help of the supervisor formed by the postgraduate under the guidance of the supervisor.The supervisor identification is a sign of harmonious coexistence and cooperation between teachers and students,it is of great significance to improving the supervisor identification.There are many factors influencing the formation of identity.This paper focuses on the research of the supervisor identification from the perspective of the guidance experience of postgraduate,and explore its impact mechanism.This paper is based on the theory of organizational identity and combined with existing research in the discipline,and puts forward four aspects of hypotheses: First,the guidance experience obtained by graduate students has a positive impact on the good teacher-student relationship and a negative impact on the bad teacher-student relationship;Second,the good teacher-student relationship has a positive impact on supervisor identification,and the bad teacher-student relationship has a negative influence on supervisor identification;Third,the teacher-student relationship has a mediating effect in the influence mechanism between the guidance experience and the supervisor identification;Fourth,the most influential factor in the guidance experience is the supervisor's moral cultivation and character.Based on the above assumptions,the author constructed a diagram and detailed algebraic formula of the initial model of the structural equation that influences the guidance experience on the supervisor identification.In order to scientifically design the questionnaire,104 graduate students were selected for pre-survey,and a formal questionnaire was formed after verifying the analysis results.The questionnaire contains four parts: postgraduate basic information survey,guidance experience scale,teacher-student relationship scale,and identification scale.Due to the interference of the COVID-19,the distribution of paper questionnaires was restricted.Therefore,all formal surveys were conducted in the form of online questionnaires,using convenient sampling,snowball sampling and sample services,and 424 questionnaires were issued.After data screening,399 valid questionnaires were obtained.And the data is tested for reliability,validity,and confirmatory factor analysis.This study uses a quantitative research method to explore the impact mechanism of the guidance experience on supervisor identification from multiple perspectives,such as structural equation model fitting.First,perform a descriptive analysis of the data to show the basic distribution of the data,including the impact of the background of the respondents,the distribution of high scores in each dimension,and the overall score of supervisor identification.In order to select an appropriate calculation method to perform normality test on the data,it is concluded that the model should be fitted by the generalized least squares method.Complete the mediation effect test and adjusted the inter-factor paths according to the check parameters based on the initial model,and the final fitted path graph is obtained.The results of the study show that: Firstly,it is believed that the guidance experience will have a significant impact on both types of teacher-student relations,a positive impact on good teacher-student relationship,and a negative impact on bad teacher-student relationship.Second,a positive teacher-student relationship will bring high identification,while a negative teacher-student relationship will bring low identification.Third,the teacher-student relationship does not play a significant mediating effect in the guidance experience and the supervisor identification.Fourth,supervisor's moral cultivation and character have greatest influence on the guidance experience of graduate students.Based on this,the author gives relevant suggestions from the perspective of constructing a good relationship between teachers and students and improving the supervisor identification: postgraduate should give play to their initiative and provide timely feedback on the guidance experience they have received in order to ease the relationship between teachers and students.Supervisor should improve guidance ability,attach importance to moral cultivation,and invest energy in building a healthy teacher-student relationship.Colleges should build a supportive environment,become a hub between teacher-student relationships,and strengthen assessment of the moral education spirit of supervisor.
