The Influence Of International Labor Standards On China's Export Trade And The Countermeasures During The New Normal

The new normal is an important strategic period of China's economic development.The slow growth,structural upgrading and innovation-driven changes have brought new challenges to China's foreign trade market.With the development of economic globalization and the increase of resource mobility,the Labor standard barriers set up by developed countries have become more and more important.This paper is based on the relevant theories of Economics and International Trade,and uses the research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.First,from the perspective of Marxism's labor value theory and market economics,this paper makes a retrospective analysis of the linkage between international trade and labor standards,combining with the changes in the export trade environment during the new normal This paper makes a deep analysis on the problems of labor standards in China's export.Then,based on China's National Conditions,this paper discusses the impact of Implementing International Labor standards on China's export trade from both positive and negative aspects and judges the development trend of China's labor standards.It is necessary to raise our labor standards under the situation of international objective trend and domestic subjective requirement.And from the empirical point of view,the positive effect of improving labor standards on China's export trade is proved by data.Finally,from the three aspects of government,enterprise and institution establishment,and provide some suggestions on how to grasp the trend of economic development in the new era and how to reasonably coordinate the labor standards of export trade in the many changes of the new normal.To promote further development of China's export trade during the new normal.
