| The cheerleading for a new sports,the sports atmosphere rendering is a youthful vitality.As a positive and exciting sport,many of its cultural characteristics are in line with the education culture of high school and the development of students.First of all,The cheerleading meets the physical and mental development needs of current students.High school students are in the development stage of vigorous youth,easy to be interested in and love new things,strong learning ability,and easy to accept the changes brought by new things and so on.Secondly,as a full-time physical education teacher of the cheerleading in huizhou high school,the author understands the current development situation of the cheerleading in huizhou high school,so as to establish the development prospect and direction of the cheerleading in the school where the author works.Finally,Chinese students are the largest group for the development of the cheerleading,and it is an inevitable trend to bring the cheerleading into high school classes.It can not only effectively carry out the cheerleading exercise,But also more directly cultivate students'interest and consciousness to participate in physical exercise,activate the atmosphere of the campus,and reduce students' psychological pressure.The development of aerobics courses in huizhou senior high school has been gradually improved,and it has a certain material basis,such as venue and equipment.The cheerleading is a branch of aerobics,which is similar in nature and can provide resources and support for the development of the cheerieading.Therefore,the further development of the cheerleading movement in high school has full practical significance and feasibility.This study intends to take eight high schools as examples to investigate the current situation.By using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire and statistics,this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the development of the cheerleading in high schools in huizhou city from the aspects of venue facilities,teachers,development methods,students' situation,social cognition,school policy concern and active support from all aspects.To provide some theoretical basis for the future promotion of the cheerleading in high school.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The imperfect site facilities and training equipment in schools restrict the development of school the cheerleading sports programs,and also bring some objective obstacles to teachers' education and teaching.The slogan of "safety first" echoes in my ears for a long time.Under the premise that the facilities and conditions cannot be met,the corresponding difficulty breakthrough stops.2.The imbalanced teaching staff often makes teachers feel isolated and helpless in the implementation process.Good communication and coordination is an important guarantee for the success of high school the cheerleading education.3.In the development of the course,there are mainly the phenomena of less class arrangement,single teaching content and one-sided assessment form.The gender difference of students' understanding and liking of the cheerleading is great,some students even equate the cheerleading with square dancing.4.The development of school the cheerleading extracurricular activities,students'satisfaction with the cheerleading courses and their cognition level influence the development of the cheerleading in school.5.The development of the cheerleading in schools is influenced by the recognition of the society,the attention of the school and the enthusiasm of students and parents.Teachers,as the link,play a key role. |
