Research On Current Situation Of Cheerleading Sport Of Universities In Haidian Distirct Of Beijing City

Cheerleading is an emerging project introduced into China in twenty-firstCentury. Its development time is short, but the development speed is very quick.There are two relevant domestic cheerleading organizations, named Chinastudent aerobics Rhythmic Gymnastics Association, cheerleading associationof Trampoline and Technology Association in Gymnastics Sports ManagementCenter of General Administration of Sport of China. The two organizationalmanagement mechanism for the establishment of Cheerleading Competition anddaily business management gradually standardized, speeding up its developmentspeed. The university campus is the cheerleading development base, collegestudents are the main force of Beijing City, Haidian District, many collegesand universities, but its development situation not only with the larger gap,also in southern China over the Hudson. Therefore, on the city of BeijingHaidian District college cheerleading movement development present situationresearch has great theory and realistic meaning.In this paper, taking the city of Beijing Haidian District collegecheerleading development present situation as the object of study, throughliterature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and otherresearch methods, from the cheerleading organization and management, in theuniversity campus and the promotion of universal situation, cheerleadingsport training and competition in three aspects the Cheerleading in HaidianDistrict University’s development present situation. According to the resultsof investigation to analyse the problem of existence, put forward thecorresponding countermeasures, the conclusions are as follows:(1) Universities in Haidian District of Beijing City pull cheerleadingdevelopment is not wide, in the initial stage of development, developmentstrength is not balanced between colleges and universities. In colleges, dancecheerleading has advantage than skill cheerleading development. Beijing Cityis the National Education and Culture Center, Haidian District is the gravityof center, which has lots of universities and generous teaching resources.Cheerleading sport has a broad prospects of development in Colleges anduniversities.(2) Through the investigation and analysis, several factors ofcheerleading development in Haidian District respectively is: the sportsauthorities seriously enough, lack of material and financial support, cheerleading competition organization and management system is not perfect,match publicity and promotion strength is insufficient, coaches’ professionalability and athletes’ integrated quality remains to rise, cheerleading islack of scientific system of teaching and training.(3) According to the problem show by the survey, put forward thecorresponding countermeasures, that is sports department of Beijing city tostrengthen pair of Cheerleading sport in Colleges and universities to carryout seriously; the establishment of cheerleading special association inBeijing, including hold regular events, create a good atmosphere of the event,held regularly coaches and judges occupation skill training and examination,increase the cheerleading market operation, establishment of Cheerleadingsport reserve talent cultivation mechanism, enhance the cheerleadingpublicity and promotion efforts; The pursuit of scientific sports trainingsystem of Cheerleading.
