Under The Background Of "one School, One Ball And One Exercise", The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Cheerleading In Elementary And Middle Schools In Zhangjiajie City

Cheerleading,originated from the United States,has been introduced into China as a new sports project because of its unique technical features,teamwork spirit and healthy dance style.In 2014,under the policy of "one school,one ball and one exercise",the National Sports Administration Center for gymnastics has promulgated the demonstration routines and regulations of primary and middle school cheerleading.La cheerleading Committee of all provinces and cities regularly held the cheerleading "send and culture to the grass-roots" large-scale public welfare training activities,for cheerleading into the campus to cultivate fire,Zhangjiajie cheerleading Committee as an opportunity to vigorously promote the promotion of Cheerleading in the city's major and middle schools.In this paper,the present situation and Development Countermeasures of Zhangjiajie urban primary and secondary school cheerleading are studied.1200 students and 62 teachers of all sports teachers in 6 primary and secondary schools in Zhangjiajie city are selected as the investigation objects,and the current status and constraints of the primary and middle school cheerleading movement in the urban areas of Zhangjiajie are adjusted by means of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.Based on the analysis and research,aiming at the current situation and problems,we put forward the Countermeasures for the development of Cheerleading in primary and secondary schools in Zhangjiajie.1.Zhangjiajie city at present cheerleading is better,is the National Cheerleading committee member units,also established a professional cheerleading examination center;Zhangjiajie one is the National Cheerleading demonstration window school,national light experiment school,Tianmen primary school is the National Cheerleading experimental school,these honors cover primary,middle school and high school.2.,school leaders' understanding of the policy of "one school,one ball,one exercise" is not thorough enough.The importance of Cheerleading in the campus is not high,and the cultivation of cultural courses is emphasized.3.students have a high degree of love for cheerleading,but most of them take girls as the main part.The number of participants is far beyond the boys and the sex ratio is uneven;the 4.school professional training sites are poor and the facilities are not complete,which hinders the process of Cheerleading in the campus,and the professional funds for cheerleading are insufficient.5.for cheerleading display platform and competition less,lack of competition experience,and each school team competitive level is different,the polarization is more serious;6.students' parents' recognition of cheerleading is not high,directly affecting the students to learn cheerleading support.Zhangjiajie urban district and primary and middle school cheerleading Development Countermeasures: 1,increase the attention of Zhangjiajie primary and secondary school leadership cheerleading movement;2,with the "one school and one ball" spirit,add color to school sports events;3,the innovation of Zhangjiajie primary and secondary school physical education curriculum 4,strengthen the construction of professional teachers;5,the promotion of facilities and other material security;6,set up different levels level level Competition to encourage students to participate actively;7,with the help of the club management model,improve parents' recognition and support for cheerleading;8,brainstorming,seek sponsorship,guarantee training and competition funds;9,create a good atmosphere,and balance the participation of male and female students.
