According to the national general college physical education curriculum teaching guidelines,the teaching methods in Physical Education in Colleges and universities should pay attention to individuality and diversification,advocate multilateral mutual assistance activities between teachers and students,students and students,strive to improve the enthusiasm of students' participation,maximize the creativity of students,and improve their ability of independent learning.Table tennis is a set of fitness,entertainment,competitive and social in one of the sports,in our country has a broad mass base,loved by college students,most of our colleges and universities have set up table tennis courses.Table tennis is small,fast,with many changes in rotation.Beginners are not familiar with the ball,so it is difficult to master the technical movements in a short period of time.Compared with the group project,table tennis requires high personal skills.In the traditional teaching mode,single technology teaching is often emphasized,and the teaching organization form is relatively simple.The atmosphere in the classroom is relatively dull,which is not conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students,which is closely related to the overall cultivation of students There is a certain gap in the syllabus of curriculum guidance.Sports education mode is a kind of curriculum and teaching mode proposed by American sports educator sidentop.It takes teachers' direct guidance,cooperative learning and partner learning as the learning method,fixed grouping and role-playing as the organizational form,and takes competition as the main line in the whole teaching process,providing students with different sports levels with real and rich sports experience.The ultimate goal of our teaching is to improve our ability.This paper intends to compare learning ability,participation ability and social interaction ability with the traditional mode of teaching.This paper attempts to adopt the sports education mode in table tennis teaching in Colleges and universities,focusing on students in teaching concept,teaching design,teaching method and organization,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of students,the interaction between teachers and students,and between students and students,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of students in the pleasant communication.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode of table tennis in Colleges and universities,and provide some references for enriching the teaching mode of table tennis in Colleges and universities.The methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to investigate and study the classes of "control class" and "experimental class".The results show that the traditional education model of sports education model has more advantages in table tennis skills,the ability to participate in class and the ability to communicate among students.The conclusions are as follows:1.The influence of sports education mode and traditional teaching mode on students' physical qualityThe physical fitness of the experimental class and the control class in the 5*10 meter round-trip and 12 minute run,P=0.988 for the 5*10 meter round-trip and P=0.112 for the 12 minute run,are greater than 0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference between the two modes in physical fitness.2.The influence of sports education mode and traditional teaching mode on students' learning abilityCompared with the data before the experiment,the experimental class and the control class obtained the p-value of 0 and made great progress in the number of turns and technical action points of table tennis backhand push.Compared with the data after the experiment,the experimental class and the control class obtained the p-value of more than 0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference,but the data of the experimental class is slightly better than the data of the control class,and In the understanding and application of table tennis theoretical knowledge and basic referee rules,the teaching effect of the experimental class using sports education mode is better.3.The influence of sports education mode and traditional teaching mode on students' participation abilityIn the aspect of cooperation spirit between experimental class and control class,P(real)=0<0.05<p(pair)=0.199;in learning enthusiasm,P(real)=0.001<0.05<p(pair)=0.226,the teaching effect of "sports education mode"is more significant,which shows that "sports education mode" is more conducive to the improvement of students'participation ability.4.The influence of sports education mode and traditional teaching mode on students' social abilityThe experimental class under the sports education mode is rich in content,more active in learning and more willing to share and communicate with students.In the traditional teaching mode of the control class,the classroom atmosphere is monotonous,the content is single,the students feel boring,learning interest can not be improved,and lack of communication between students.It shows that "sports education mode" is more conducive to improve students' social ability.The results show that:sports education mode of students in learning ability,participation ability and social ability,teaching effect is very significant;traditional teaching mode of students in table tennis backhand push technical action learning ability,teaching effect is significant,in participation ability and social ability teaching effect is general.Therefore,the sports education mode in college table tennis teaching options,has a unique advantage,it is very worthy of reference and promotion.
