In 2010,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020).The Outline clearly points out:"To improve the quality of higher education,the quality of personnel training and the level of scientific research in an all-round way,teachers should take teaching as the primary task and constantly improve the level of teaching."Strengthening the cultivation of teaching practice ability and improving teaching quality has become the demand of reality and the times.Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities are important practitioners of physical education in schools,and they are the leaders and organizers of the teaching of physical education courses in Colleges and universities.Their teaching practical ability is the core ability to teach physical education knowledge and skills,achieve teaching objectives,cultivate students'correct outlook on physical education and lifelong physical exercise habits.It includes teachers'ability of teaching development.organization,implementation,guidance and evaluation.At the present stage,College PE teachers have some problems.such as turning teaching activities into a single knowledge transmission,teaching slack and teaching mechanization,and their teaching practice ability is poor.Therefore,college physical education teachers should conform to the trend of the times.update teaching methods,gradually improve the practical ability of physical education teaching,and cultivate all-round development of College students.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,qualitative description and mathematical statistics,this paper chooses 8 colleges and universities from 18 sports colleges in Jiangsu Province for investigation and research.The main influencing factors of teaching practice ability are schools and educational authorities.Therefore,a total of 160 questionnaires have been scientifically formulated in 8 colleges and universities to investigate and understand the teaching practice of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities.The present situation,and try to put forward countermeasures for the development of College Physical Education teachers'teaching practice ability.The findings include:1.Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities have a good attitude towards practical teaching,but lack of scientific practical knowledge.2.Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities have strong teaching guidance ability and poor teaching development ability.3.Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities have strong ability of teaching implementation and organization,and poor ability of teaching evaluation and evaluation.4.Physical education teachers in Colleges and universities are not satisfied with the development environment and lack of support for young teachers.The countermeasures put forward are as follows:1.Setting up the concept of lifelong learning,improving scientific and cultural literacy 2.Constructing an independent-cooperative professional development model for college P.E.teachers,promoting each other 3.Creating a good campus environment in Colleges and universities,and providing strong internal and external guarantee for teaching practice innovation.
