Education practice is the link between theory and practice, and also the key link leading the prospective teachers into the professional fields. Physical Education Practice is a vital part in the teaching plans for Undergraduate Physical Education in the normal colleges and universities, and an important link in training qualified PE teachers and reflecting the teaching principle which has correlated the theory with practice. Also it is one of the main approaches to fully measure and examine the school's personal training quality, a comprehensive evaluating of the knowledge that students have learned, and a way to motivate the students to transform the knowledge into competence. In recent years, a series of reforms about education practice have been taken in our country's normal institutions of higher education, but during the implement process, the trainees still cannot escape from the restriction of unified models, thus are in the passive position. Further more, the previously problems, such as the insufficiency of education practice time and the irregulation of education practice evaluation, are still exist. Extensive studies on this have been made home and abroad, however, few studies have been found about the situations of undergraduate education practice of the normal colleges and universities in Hebei province. To study the education practice of the undergraduate majored in physical education from the normal colleges and universities in Hebei province can help make mental and theoretical preparation for the teachers and students of the normal colleges and universities in Hebei province to participate in the education practice, thus improve the quality of physical education practice.By taking research methods like literature, interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper provides an overview of the development process, the purpose and mission of education practice, the current situation of research and so on. It has studied the education practice of undergraduate from Hebei higher normal colleges and universities, and analysed the present situation of their education practices, focusing on the time , the forms, the pre-preparation, the content, the evaluation, the bases, the trainees and so on. Therefore has found out the problems existing in the implementing process of physical education practice.Based on a comprehensive survey and analysis, deficiencies of the education practice of undergraduate from the higher normal colleges and universities in Hebei province have been found out:â‘ In some higher normal colleges of Hebei, the education practice time for undergraduate is insufficient and the training form is single.â‘¡There is a lack of adequate and stable base for education practice, which leads to the lack of uniformity, stability and scientificalness.â‘¢The performance evaluation of undergraduate is conducted first by the guidance teacher of the training school, then by the team teacher. The final decision is made by the team teacher after their return to college. This can be regarded as a method of qualitative evaluation.â‘£The trainees place low level of importance on their training. The ability of education practice needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the deficiencies of the education practice of PE professional undergraduate in higher normal colleges and universities of Hebei province, some corresponding measures for development have been put forward to. It also provides some new ideas and theoretical support to education practice of PE professional undergraduate in higher normal colleges and universities of Hebei for its better adaptation to the development of society. And it is expected to have some positive impacts on education practice of the normal colleges and universities.
