Purpose:Under the background of the field of mass fitness in today's society,people's needs for fitness gradually tend to be enriched and differentiated.Based on the growing fitness needs of the general population,combined with the development of the new sports system in society,this paper deeply explores the training mode of Pilates Reformer,comprehensively popularizes and promotes the practicability of this sport for the general population,and clarifies its training effect with experimental research.The research further strengthens the public influence of Pilates training,provide theoretical basis and promote the advanced development of Pilates Reformer training market.Method:After the core strength training was introduced into China from abroad,it began to be used in rehabilitation,medicine,physical training,competitive training and other fields in combination with various researches.This paper focuses on Pilates Reformer training,a new way of core strength training,with 24 female students from two fitness clubs in Will's fitness in Shanghai as the experimental subjects.According to the experimental content,12 students were randomly assigned to form the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group members carried out eight weeks of Pilates Reformer training,while the control group carried out traditional strength training.Before and after the training,the corresponding results were tested and recorded,and three data averages were taken for each test.At the end of the experiment,SPSS 22.0 analysis of variance was used to get the results.Result:There were significant statistical differences in the data before and after training in the experimental group,and the P value of the six core test indexes were less than 0.05,which indicated that Pilates Reformer training could effectively enhance the core strength of the general population.The P value of the four indexes before and after training in the control group was less than 0.05,there was a significant difference.The P value of the indexes from back bridge and v-up was greater than 0.05,no statistical significance.After the training of the experimental group and the control group,the P values of each index test data were less than 0.05,which showed significant statistical difference.Compared with the control group,the percentage of the test data of 8-level bent bridge and back bridge increased to 105.9%and 73.6%,and the sitting position with flexion leg,side plank and v-up rise 57.1%,48.4%and 53.8%respectively,while the sit-ups only 17.6%,indicating that Pilates training has the best effect on the core stability strength improvement,the static force is the second,and the dynamic core force effect is poor.Conclusion:Pilates Reformer training has a remarkable effect on the improvement of core strength in the general population,and it promotes the improvement of core stability and core static strength more than traditional strength training.It is suggested to further strengthen its market promotion in combination with the popularization trend of basic fitness.
